The flat is particularly well suited for two adults and two children (or a maximum of three adults).

All told the apartment has four beds (two in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room). The interior is new, including a completely renovated kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a cable TV and a stereo with CD player. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower and a washing machine for your use.

The house is situated on a generous plot on the edge of the forest with walking trails around Melsungen. You can also use the garden shed with barbecue. For children, the land is adjacent to a playground.
