Attractive studio apartment with panoramic views of Lake Como. Just a few minutes away from Menaggio and near the marina, it's central lake location means that it is very convenient for sight-seeing aroung the lake.
There is a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small but very attractive terrace where you can soak up the gorgeous views of the lake and mountains.
Walking from the apartment into menaggio will take approx. 20 mins along the lovely lakeside promenade that leads to the town centre and the 'Lido di Menaggio' with two swimming pools and a lovely sandy beach.
