I have stayed at Bettilou's Inn several times while visiting Mendocino for art workshops. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Every detail is impeccably and lovingly addressed. From the pillows and bedding, to the yummy munchies at wine time. The views are spectacular! And Bettilou and Jim couldn't be more gracious hosts. With an unsurpassed ambiance, ideal location, and warm attention to every detail, Bettilou's is the place to stay when visiting the Mendocino area! Mahalo Bettilou and Jim!!! This was a return visit for us. Bettilou and her huband were wonderful hosts. We were greeted with a glass of wine and horderves. There are two guest rooms, one with three large windows looking out over the ocean clifts, also a view of the quaint town of Mendocino.
We've stayed in both rooms, which have gas fireplaces and decorated beautifully.
The two guestrooms have their private bathrooms and share a livingroom with a large full sized windows, looking out to the rugged coastline. We were served breakfast in this room.
The breakfast had fresh fruit, a warm souffle, muffin, coffee and juice. Looking forward to another trip back.Response from Bettilou Lovera - 03/12/2013
