Somos una casa antigua con viña boutique y Malbec Viña para disfrutar de las rutas del vino en Maipú Mendoza. La casa tiene tres dormitorios, la casa es artísticamente recilada. Para disfrutar de buenos vinos y asados ??en nuestro viñedo ubicado en el corazón de la Ruta del Vino.
La casa tiene una piscina, aire acondicionado, calefacción, teléfono, alarma, seguridad, y dos hectáreas de viñedos en la década de 1920 donde se puede conocer Mendoza en su mejor momento.

We travelled with two friends and found La Finquita a very comfortable and pleasantly decorated house, close to many wonderful wineries. It was an excellent home base from which we explored the region. We used the outdoor areas a lot, cooking pizzas and bread in the pizza oven and asado on the BBQ. The owner was extremely kind helping us with all our questions and pointing us in the right direction. A very helpful caretaker made sure we had everything we needed. We were pretty self sufficient, but help to light the pizza oven and BBQ is available if required. House cleaning also available if needed.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Finquita. Sie ist ein Traum. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort mit 7 Freunden und der Besitzer, Gonzalo, hat uns mit allem geholfen was wir brauchten (Fahrräder, Tips in der Gegend). Die Finquita ist ein guter ausgangspunkt um mit dem Fahrrad die Weingüter zu erkunden, man kann aber auch problemlos 3 Tage einfach in der Finquita bleiben. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mit Pizzaofen, Grillbereich und einer schönen aussenterasse. Ich würde jederzeit nochmal dorthin fahren.

This Finca is a dream come true for travelers looking for a quintessential Mendocino house at the heart of the wine region. The property provides a lot of peace and tranquility and everything is in good shape. It has a pool, bbq, pizza oven, large gardens, vines (it is an actual small winery). It is biking distance to a lot of awesome wineries but it has plenty of privacy. Great for groups of friends/families or couples.

La Finquita es una antigua casona totalmente reciclada con exquisito buen gusto. Está estratégicamente ubicada en plena ruta del vino -rodeada de las bodegas más afamadas-, a unos minutos en auto de Mendoza capital y con muchos puntos turísticos para recorrer. Nos alojamos 10 días junto a mi esposa y nuestros hijos de 3 y 5 años. Con mi esposa nos relajamos disfrutando del hermoso parque con pileta, del pequeño viñedo y comer en el quincho, con la tranquilidad de que los chicos podían correr y jugar libremente (y cosechar uvas y duraznos) con total seguridad, porque teníamos el predio cerrado en forma exclusiva para los 4. El dueño es muy simpático y amable y nos hizo un itinerario con los lugares imperdibles de esta hermosa provincia. Gracias por todo, Gonzalo! Sin duda, volveremos!

Un lugar de ensueño, en los alrededores un pueblito detenido en el tiempo. El lugar tiene una casa antigua, reciclada con buen gusto y bien equipada. Una bodeguita boutique con barricas y todo, donde el dueño elabora vinos de alta calidad con las uvas del pequeño viñedo que tiene la propiedad. Ideal para descansar y disfrutar del excelente clima de Mendoza.

Hermosa finca mendocina, en una ubicación privilegiada (el corazón del Camino del Vino).
Una casa con bellísimos detalles, y un vino excelente que elabora el dueño a partir de las vides de la finca.
Un lugar especial para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y descansar.
Muy recomendable para pasar unos días.
