Reservation deposit: 30% of the rent.
Non refundable deposit if the reservation is cancelled.
Full payment (70%) one month before the arrival day.
Bond deposit: 1000 Euros on the arrival day which will be refundable one week after departure if there are no problems.
Minimum rental stay: 2 nights between September to June and 1 week in July and August
