Very quiet and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment located in a private apa...rtments complex in Coves Noves with a shared large swimming pool and garden area.

Peaceful and family retreat holiday with amazing views of the sea, quiet, sunny and very convenient for a family vacation in Menorca or a romantic retreat.

The apartment is a two story property with two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and the living and dinning area are located downstairs. The living area leads to the terrace with amazing views of the Mediterranean see and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

Arenal den Castell is the main area with restaurants and stores located only 5 minutes from the property. The common area has a large swimming pool and well maintained gardens with panoramic views too.

The 2 comfortable bedrooms sleeps up to 4 guests. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. One full bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The community pool is large and exclusively for the residents of the apartment complex. The nearest beach is Arenal den Castell and it os only 5 minutes drive from the property.

This is a wonderful spot to spend your vacation in Menorca very quiet and relaxing complex.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION & DISTANCES& DISTANCES

There is an efficient regular bus passenger service all over the major towns in the island. You can also use the Taxi service or you can rent a car at the airport or in Arenal d’en Castell community. We encourage you to explore the island so therefore a car is well needed to explore our hidden treasures.

The Airport and Mao (the capital of the island) are located 20-21 Km away from the property. From the Airport there is only one bus route to Mao, the capital. It takes 10 to 15 minutes and it cost around €1.5. Then from Mao bust stop station you can take a bus to Arenal d’en Castell. It takes about 45 to 55 minutes and it costs around € 4.0 Alaior, the next biggest town is located 18 Km away from the property. It will take you to Alaior in 10-15 minutes. From Alaior you can take any other buses to all other major destinations. Please check beforehand schedules and routes here www.tmsa.es or call the company 0034 971 36 04 75. Arenal d'en Castell is in a slightly more developed area and sits on a picturesque horseshoe shaped bay, with a superb sandy beach and a decent range of facilities.

The beach of Arenal den Castell is safe for families with young kids and the waters are blue, shallow, and warm during the summer season. Coves Noves and Arenal den Castell is a residential community that belongs to the town of Es Mercadal. Alaior is the next biggest town located only 15 min drive away. In Alaior you can find more variety of supermarkets, stores, old movie theater, more pharmacies and a primary medical center. Mao the capital of Menorca is 20 min drive away. The property is 4 min walk to Arenal d’en Castell beach, one of the nicest for its bay in Menorca.
