House Ficula is located only 20m from the sea. This is the spot for lovers of Mediterranean sea and tranquility. The access to the sea is very easy from the house and submarine flora and fauna are outstanding. The house benefits from panoramic views to the coast and to a natural protected area. The sandy beach and amenities of the village are 5 minutes walk from the house. All 3 bedrooms and living room have wonderful sea views. A large covered terrace with BBQ overlooks the garden (lawn and autochthon plants and trees) and the sea. An internal open air patio gives access to an upper terrace with panoramic views.

I spent my best ever holidays in this lovely house. Location is
unique, you feel as if you are in a boat with fantastic views to the
sea and the coast. I spent hours looking at the coast and the sea. The
house is well located, only 5mn walk to sandy beach, commerce,
restaurant and bus stops to go to Mahon, Fornells or alayor.
Unforgettable sun rise and moon rise on the sea. I recommand
definitively this house to people liking sea, nature and tranquility. -

"I am getting addicted to this house where I have stayed for 3 weeks each year for the last 4 years and I am planning to do the same again this year. The house was always clean and benefits from exceptional views to the sea and the coast. All of the bedrooms are large with windows overlooking the sea. The house is located in a quiet area but walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would recommand the house to any one during any period of the year, except during the 3 first weeks of august when I want to rent it for my family..."
