Rent your own beautifully restored farmhouse in Tuscany! Ideal for a family, this countryside Tuscany accommodation in Italy is great for a relaxing holiday vacation. Complete with an outdoor barbecue as well as a private pool, making home cooked meals al fresco would be a great way to try your hand at authentic Italian cuisine. Renting this delightful Tuscany villa is a comfortable and pleasant way to familiarize yourself with the Italian countryside.

This stone and brick farmhouse with decorative wooden shutters has nice views of the surrounding natural landscape. It is extremely green and there are trees everywhere. A picturesque gaz...ebo is located on the property with a table and chairs. Directly adjacent and four steps down is the private swimming pool [6.6m x 4.1m] and lounge chairs. A barbeque is outside as well and parking is available on the property for guests.

Ground floor: A living area with a TV, two chairs, and a table are on the ground floor. Through a brick arch is the kitchen corner equipped with an oven, cook-top, and dishwasher. As part of the kitchen, there is a dining area with a table and eight chairs. This floor also has a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower as well as a laundry area with a washing machine and iron.

First floor: A second living area includes a fireplace and a sofa bed suitable for one person. One bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

Second floor: A large open room separated from the stairs with banisters has two single beds and a couple of armchairs. One bedroom has a 160 cm queen-size bed, while a second bedroom has one single bed. There is one bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

This villa is situated on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, meaning you will be in the center of vineyards, olive groves, forests, and mountains. Mercatale di Cortona is one kilometer away from the estate and is a town filled many shops and places to eat. The tranquil location of the villa is in the countryside but it’s also just 12 kilometers to the shores of Lake Trasimeno. Surrounding the lake are old towns with restaurants, stores, and opportunities to play water sports. Cortona is not very far from the property and here you can go wine tasting, dine out, or shop. Should you not have your own car, there is a train station near Cortona in Camucia that makes trips to destinations like Assisi, Siena, and Florence easily reachable.
