Great house, spacious, well equipped, nice pool. Eric (the owner) is very helpful and leaves a mobile in the house so you can contact him if the need arises. We only used it once as everything was perfect. Merida is a great place to spend a week (or even more) as there is loads to do, and this house is the perfect base at about 15 mins walk from the central square (Plaza Mayor).
