After completing the boutique hotels Rosas y Xocolate in Merida and Casa Grande in Morelia the design team Reyes Rios + Larrain designed the Mayazul houses for a young couple and their children from Mexico City. Mayazul and Mayazul II are independent houses that adjoin and can be rented together with 5 bedrooms or separately. They share a common entrance and garage.
Mayazul has three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. There is a fourth bathroom in the portico near the pool. The house has the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor seating and dining options as well as a roof terrace that captures the cool breezes in the evenings.
