The home is 3400 sq ft livable on a 1 acre lot, with 4 bedrooms + loft, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably in 8 separate beds and futons. The property is located in an area of modest to luxury homes, most on 1 acre or more of land. It has a rural, desert feeling but is only 5 minutes away from grocery and restaurants and with easy freeway access, you can be anywhere in the Phoenix area in a short time. There are at least a dozen golf courses within 5 to 20 minutes of the home and pristine deserts, mountains and lakes are all nearby.

My family stayed here recently for four nights. Perfect gathering place for a large group. We spent hours around the pool, in the hot tub, around the fire grill, and enjoying sunrise and sunset on the upper level decks. The kitchen was well-equipped for making large meals. Mattresses were comfortable. Location is prime if you like to golf or hike. We truly enjoyed our time in this stupendous house.
