Set just a few minutes walk from the harbour, this lovely terraced cottage in Mevagissey sleeps six people over three bedrooms, and is very well placed and equipped for family or friends to enjoy the village and surrounds. This mid-terraced cottage in the Cornish fishing village of Mevagissey is less than a quarter of a mile from the lovely harbour. The cottage, which has a second floor twin room with its own sitting room, ideal for teenagers or couples who want that extra bit of privacy, has been very well equipped and furnished. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Very comfortable and clean cottage with well equipped and compact kitchen. The bedrooms are on 2 levels and the stairs are fairly narrow and steep and not suitable for people with a disability or for very young children. It's right in the centre of the wonderful village of Mevagissey which is a handy place from which to explore the surrounding region.Public, long term parking is available at a reasonable cost very close to the cottage. The owner was extremely helpful and the rental transaction was easy.

Very nice cottage, good location, very clean, the only downside is the road which can be noisy at night. We would certainly use the cottage again.
