Beautiful condo on the top floor of the complex. The interior of the condo is perfectly appointed...the views from the large balcony were so nice. Only complaint was that they didn't have any good comfortable outside furniture - just a few rickety chairs. Other than that, great experience.

We had never been to Mexico Beach before so we were a little hesitant with our choice to go with the condo instead of a beach house. However, after staying there for over a week, I can honestly say that it appeared like we had the best place in town. We stayed in 4d which is also one of - if not the best - spaces in the condo. We had a great view of the beach from the giant balcony and a good view of the pool. The beach is a short walk across the street. The first thing you come to after returning to the condo is a shower which we used every time. It is a small detail but it was super nice to get the ocean water and sand off of you before walking back to the room. The condo was comfortable and nice to come home to after a long day at the beach. Overall, we left Mexico Beach thinking we got the best deal in town and it made for a great vacation.

Wow! Even if everything weren't as fabulous as it was, the view grabbed us right away. We walked in and felt at home immediately. I'm a sucker for the salvaged hard wood floors. The kitchen was perfect for us. I had pre-made most of our lunch and dinners and we heated them up there. All the dishes were supplied and there was an ample amount for us. I did have a few suggestions that I shared with the wonderful ladies at the property management office. A fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt and add some color, the condo is on the beach. More towel racks in the bathrooms. New outdoor furniture, etc. However, I should say up front that my mom is a property manager in the Gulf Shores area so we had a particular eye. Overall, the condo was a star attraction in our vacation. Great location and comfortable feel. We vacationed with my parents (in their 60's) and they were really happy we stayed during the week, versus the weekend. The noise level was kept to a minimum due to school still being in session and we went during the work week. Something to keep in mind if you're looking for peace and relaxation. We had the beach to ourselves on some trips downstairs. The ladies that greeted us at the office were wonderful and provided a fabulous first impression. Not only do I recommend this condo, we'll probably call and rent there again...and again!

My family traveled to Mexico Beach in June 2011. What a wonderful experience we had at the beach house, pool and ocean. The Penhouse was great. Had such a great time. The only negative experience we had was with the grounds keeper, who was not a very polite man and said some mean things to the chidlren while they were playing.

We really enjoyed our week in the beautifully decorated 4D penthouse! The large private deck allowed wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets. Location made easy walks to white sand beach, local grocerey store and variety of restuarants. Office staff went above and beyond to make our trip successful and enjoyable!

We have never been to Florida and we could not have been happier with the condo and the area. There were no crowds and the weather was perfect. There were 9 in our party and we had plenty of room and everything we needed in the condo.

We loved the penthouse alot! It was beautifully decorated and very well laid out. Very clean, also. The outside deck had a spectacular view of the beach (some more deck furniture would've been nice-we brought up lounge chairs from the pool). We were there in October and were disappointed to find the pool was not heated and the hot tub not operating. We would've spent every evening in the hot tub if it would've been hot! In the summer I'm sure it would've been perfect!

My family stayed here during our recent trip to Mexico Beach. Our family ranges in age from 4-80 years old and the condo accommodated all of us. It has an awesome view and is in the center of everything. The service was great. The only thing that we didn't like was there was no phone. We had to use our cells for everything. Overall, it was a super nice place and we will definitely stay there again!

We came to mexico beach in July and stayed at the 4D Penthouse suite, and it was everything that the computer said it was. It had a very beautiful view , and it was very nice place to get awy for awhile, even though it did not last real long but we will come back next year and try to stay next year.
