This is a new condo in Mexico Beach located across the street from sugar white sand beaches. As you enter the condo the warmth of the decor will set the mood for a relaxing and joyful vacation. The adjoining terrace off the living room and master bedroom entices you to kick back, unwind and absorb the warmth of the Florida sunshine. Here at The Club you can relax in the hot tub, swim in the sparkling blue pool or walk across the street to the inviting shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico and stroll along the beach. Queen in master, Full size bed in additional bedroom and sofa sleeper in Living Room.

Mexico Beach is beautiful and the Club at Mexico Beach has great potential. However, I would never stay at 1a again. The beds are a joke. Actually, there not they are painful. The master should have the carpet removed as there is clearly cat dander in the fibers. Our family enjoyed the the Club at Mexico Beach so much we are purchasing a unit. As for the little town of Mexico Beach it reminds of how Florida used to be before it was ruined by overdevelopment. I hope the city fathers sheppard this gem and restrict or carefully plan for any future developement.

Late getting into unit because of cleaning. Got keys at 4:00 pm and had to wait another 15 minutes when arrived at unit. Several light bulbs out. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

The Club was a attractive complex, and it's location to the beach was great! While my husband and I were not interested in whether it had a pool or not, our children and grandchildren were happy that it did. It was a large, clean and attractive pool and patio area. Our unit (1a) seemed to be recently renovated and updated; very noticeable in the kitchen and bath rooms especially. The furnishings were nothing fancy but they were adequate. The master bedroom was very large, but the 2nd bedroom was very small; both had Queen beds which was nice. We had noticed in the guest book that previous renters had complained about how uncomfortabe the sleeper sofa was, so rather than use it, we just made pallets on the floor for our 4 and 2 yr old granddaughters who sleep in the bedrooms with us and their parents, which sutied them just fine. The kitchen was nice but it did need more glass ware; the cook ware, dishes, utensils and flatware were very adequate however. We would definitely rent again and would recommend the Club and this unit particularly to our friends.

Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. We dealt on the phone with Theresa who was extremely knowledgeable about the property and was very helpful to us. As this was our first trip to the area, we had a lot of questions and she was so kind to patiently answer questions and help us with an extra night's stay when we drove through the night and arrived early. At the end of our stay, I had miscalculated our departure date and again, people were so patient while we had a late check-out. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone traveling to this vacation area. I would love to be back there right now, and look forward to traveling there again soon. What a nice feeling to have a place that felt like a home and that had the amenities you need when you are traveling with children. To not have to eat out saved our family a lot of money that we spent in other places on our trip.
The only suggestion I would make is to possibly have someone come in mid-week and do a quick cleaning if the guests would like it. It would have been nice to have the tissue and paper towels replenished part-way through the stay.
Our unit was clean, very well equipped with needed items in the kitchen, and beautifully decorated. We felt like we were at home.
Thanks again for giving us the best vacation we have taken in our 17 year marriage! -

We had a wonderful, relaxng, quiet time. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Working with ForgottenCoast Property was very easy and they are very helpful in trying to fulfill our needs. We are hoping to return again this summer and make Mexico Beach our new vacation desitation.

Condo was very clean and well-furnished. Kitchen well outfitted with cooking/serving supplies. Convenient to have washer/dryer. Complex pool was well-kept. View was not the best since it is a side/end unit. Enjoyed the balcony. Having luggage wagons accessible was great.

The best place we have ever been for pure Rest & Relaxation! Loved the "small town" feel. Beach was great and very close to our unit. Our condo was so clean and had everything we needed. Forgotten Coast Realty was wonderful to work with!

There were 24 family members who traveled to Mexico Beach this year, so we rented 3 condos at The Club and all three exceeded our expectations. 1a was nicely equipped and served our purposes wonderfully for the week we were in Mexico Beach.

Spent a week and had a wonderful time. My husband and I took our grandchildren. We had 2 fifteen year olds and 2 eleven year olds. First time we had been to Mexico Beach. It was a great experience. The condo was nice and had plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint was the sofa bed. Mattress had springs coming through it. Had to pad it with blankets and pillows and the little ones still didn't sleep well.

What a beautiful beach! This small beach town was the perfect get-away for my family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and loved the white sand beach! Everything was perfect and it seemed as though we had our own private beach. There were no crowds, rowdy partiers or unwelcome animals. If you are looking for a spot to spend time away from the regular hustle & bustle of life this is the place!
The staff of Forgotten Coast Rentals is superb! They were always on hand for help if needed. They were great and even allowed us to check in early. Way to go and Thank you! -

We really enjoyed our spacious condo at The Club. The furnishing were very nice and the decor beautiful. We normally stay right on the beach but this was only across the street so it was very close. I only wish the pool was heated and we had more of a balcony with afternoon sun. Our cable was out for days which wasn't too big of a problem except in the evening when we wanted to kick back and relax. I would highly recommend The Club.

Our condo was beautifully decorated and very luxurious in general! We absolutely loved staying there, and it was just a quick walk across the street to the beach. We will definately stay there again.

The room was very clean and it felt like home. It was such a great place to stay and the beach and places to eat were great. What I liked the most was how confortable we all were in the room and if you needed a rest from the beach the pool was great to relax at.

The service was great. The home was beautiful and very clean. We were just a boardwalk away from the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. We truly enjoyed the quiet, peaceful beach and we will definitely vacation there again.

very nice property. easy access to beach. wireless internet was iffy at best. never went to pool but looked nice and well maintained. property was very well maintained, landscaped. excellent food at restaurants. would highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away from crowds and national chains or like me and my wife, wanting a relaxing honeymoon.
