Great place for a family looking for relaxation and family friendly recreation. Convenient to the beach, just across the street. Within minutes of everything we needed. The condo was clean and comfortable. We'll go back again and again... The management company was very friendly and prepared for our arrival, we were in and out in minutes.

Colquitt, GAEnjoyed a relaxing stay at Mexico Beach
Left on 07/18/2012 for a stay in July 2012
This was my family's first visit to Mexico Beach as we normally stay at PCB. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and not having to fight traffic to go out to supper. It was a very laid back vacation, and Panama City was only 30 minutes away when we decided to go to Shipwreck Island for the day. Our condo was very nice, spacious, and nicely decorated. We absolutely loved the pool, it was a mom's dream with the shallow ends so that my toddler could walk around and play in the water. My only complaint about the condo would be that one of the elevators didn't work (as I had seen in a prior review as well), but someone came to work on it while we were staying there. The other elevator made strange noises & worried me as we were using it. All in all, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Mexico Beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. The only item that would have enhanced our stay would have been a few more pots and pans. We struggled to prepare meals with what was on hand. The location is great. The walk to the beach took just a few minutes. Pool area is beautiful.

407 waterside was a little small we just made it work..! The Decor was nice..! The pots and Pan was bad I went to walmart @ PCB and bought new ones to use..! I understand it's a rental, what it cost for the weekend..! It would have been great to have a little better than what was there. My grandson are very picky eaters so I had rather cook than waste money on going out to eat..! The elevator was not working well..! My 6 year old grandson and myself got stuck in the thing for a few min. It was heart stopping for us he would not get back on the elevator, we used the stairs. The pool was nice the grounds was well taken care of. We like that you could see the beach and a little of the ocean! The only bad thing that I will say is that we got there around (1am). I had let (forgotten coast) know that we would be late when we book the unit..! Lisa said she would fix the rate for that thursday..! We went bye the office and she told us no way it was a holiday weekend..! I just don't think it was the right thing to do when we was not there at all on the thursday, we was under the impression from Lisa she would fix the rate when we got there. As I said that did not happen..!

We had a wonderful time the comdo was very clean and provided excellent access for my elderly father on his scooter. The swimming pool was very nice, and my 8 year enjoyed very much. Not many people around using other condos, with made it nice also. The only concern was the elevator that would get stuck every now in then, but there was a quick remedy. The other elevator was "out of order" for the entire 4 days. The rates were reasonable, because of the pool and access to pier for fishing. Overall we really had a wonderfull mini vacation.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt. Some problems with the elevator but the condo was great. View of canal, gulf and pool was very nice. The condo was nicely decorated while still comfortable. The bunk beds and trundle were perfect for our three girls. The condo was the perfect size for us. We had a great stay.

Great vacation spot. Was a wonderful place to stay. Right across the road from the beach. Beautiful canal running around the back, the pictures don't do it justice. The condo itself was more beautiful than I expected. We had a great time.

Left on 09/09/2010 for a stay in September 2010
I have not been to visit Mexico Beach in years as we typically vacation at another local beach. However, due to the availability of 2 days at a reasonable price over Labor Day we chose this area. Check in was fine with one minor issue of getting the wrong key for which we had to go back. However, the personnel was so friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations at check in it was hard to get frustrated. The condo itself was pleasant, comfortable and clean. We had a view of the gulf and the pool area. There is not the greatest view next door but not anything to dampen the trip. The pool and hot tub area was very nice, the walk to the beach was short. The beach was beautiful. We definitely would stay here again.

Left on 06/07/2010 for a stay in May 2010
We had a great stay. This is our favorite location because it is so much more laid back than other areas. The only slight negative was that we happened to have Hvac problems when we were there - just one of those things that sometimes happen, was no one's fault, and was repaired reasonably quickly by the management company. This was our third consecutive year at this property and we hope that we can return next year.

experience. The Condo we stayed at was BEAUTIFUL, and
it was great to be able to drive into Panama City for
the day, and come home to a quiet and relaxing
environment. We will definitely be recommending this
condo to friends, and planning on making another trip

Johnstown, PAVery nice, but....
Left on 01/22/2010 for a stay in November 2009
My husband and three children (ages 7-10) stayed in the unit over the Thanksgiving holiday. The unit was very nice, clean, and accomodating. We didn't feel cramped or claustrophobic. The views were spectacular, as was the easy access to the beach. The one thing that disappointed us was the pool and the hot tub. Being from the PA, we were looking forward to enjoying the FL sunshine in the heated pool and hot tub. In fact, this was a big deciding factor for us, especially with kids. Unfortunately, when we arrived, both the pool and the hot tub were cold. We placed a call and were told that it was too expensive to heat them during the off season. While we understood that, the information should have been provided on the website. Honestly, we probably would have looked harder at other locations, because as a family vacation, that was an ammenity we were looking forward to. Having said that, again, the unit was nice and during the summer, we would probably consider staying there again.

Adel, GAFalsely advertised to sound as though there was a king and queen
Left on 08/12/2009 for a stay in July 2009
The unit was very nice and had just about everything that one would need. Our problem was that two couples had rented it because we were told that there was a king bed and a queen bed. They did not say that the bunkbeds could be put together to make a queen and that when you did this it took up all of the space in the bedroom. This was not an ideal situation especially when we asked several times.

Don't know how they could have misunderstood what the bed layout is. It's stated clearly in the description and shown clearly in the pictures.
