Loved the condo. It was so clean and nice. Master bedroom is like a whole condo in itself! Huge! Kitchen is all updated and area is nice and quiet. Perfect for a family on vacation. Walk to the beach is only a short distance.

This unit was wonderful. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. It was what I consider upscale and laid out great. It had everything you needed for your stay. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool and the hot tub were great. The only issue we had was no internet service. I knew they didn't advertise as having internet but on the package they give you it gave you instructions for it as well as having it posted on the fridge. But we survived wonderfully without it!!

the unit we stayed in was much nicer than what we expected,the only issue was that it was hard to keep the upstairs cool without freezing the downstairs.this was the cleanest place we have stayed at in mexico beach and we had been coming here for 18 years,so we have been in a lot of rentals.the place was quiet despite being on the canal,and no smell from the canal.t was early in the season but we had the place mostly to ourselves after the holiday week.I would highly recommend this unit.the Only recommendation would to have a bar-b-que area in the pool area,it would be nice to be able to grill out.forgotten coast is our favorite rental agency,they are more accommodating than other rental agencies we have used.we had a very nice stay in mexico beach at this unit.

Forgotten Coast is an excellent company to deal with. They were excellent in matching accommodations to our needs. They even stayed late for key pick up & final payment.Our condo more than met our expectations. The place was very up-to-date and spacious. All our needs were provided! Thank you for your help!

This property has a boat slip so it is great for people who have one and want to get in and out of the water easily. The property was very quiet and peaceful which made for a very relaxing weekend.

Our favorite home away from home that we love to visit. As avid fishermen we love the convenience of being able to have a private slip on the dock right next to a marina for fuel, bait and ice. Best of all it is only a short run to the Gulf down a picturesque waterway that is deep enough for big boats like ours. And, there's a new ramp around the corner from the condo. Talking about the condo, it is always neat, clean and orderly and well furnished.

We have used other rental companies in Mexico Beach and Forgotten Coast Rentals always the best. Their units are cleaner, in excellent conditon and more services provided. Friends rented condo next to us from another rental company and theirs was not as clean, shot out lights, furinture not as nice, and overall just not as equipped condo. Ours had everything we needed and more.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-day stay at this very nice condo unit located in Mexico Beach. The full kitchen that contained dishes and many useful appliances made it extremely easy to cook a meal. We were surprised to see that a washer and dryer were also available in the condo for our use, we never did use it, but if we stay here again we definitely will pack a bit lighter next time. It was very quiet and the deck overlooking the boat slip was a favorite place to drink our coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise. The only fly in the ointment was the missing tv remote control for the tv located in the livingroom (the channels or volume could not be accessed without it). But because the tv channel selection was so sparse, we did not end up watching very much tv while we were there, but it sure would have been nice to at least have Espn. But if that is the biggest complaint we can come up, that's hardly a reason not to stay at this very nice condo--we highly recommend it!

We stayed at Westend Harbor and enjoyed our stay. It looked just as it did in the pictures on the website. It met all of our expectations. We have 3 young children who enjoyed going to the beach but also enjoyed playing in the pool. Everything was very neat and clean, including the nice pool area. It was in walking distance of the public pier which was also very nice. Mexico Beach is a great place for anyone. It isn't built up like Panama City, Beach with tourism and clubs.
Really great for families. Would love to go back and stay again. -

This is a very nice condo. It was spacious and clean. I do have a few complaints. The master bedroom needs a shade on the window. The sun comes beaming in around 5:30 in the morning. It would have been nice to be able to sleep a little later than that. The kitchen needs a toaster, baking pans, and dish cloths.

We loved this condo!!! The kids enjoyed being in the pool everyday! It was close to many attractions. Very well laid out, had everything we needed. We loved the decorations! Beds [& couches] were very comfortable!! May stay again!!!
