The condo is a great place to unwind and to just let go. I actually took my girlfriend of 2 1/2 years down for the weekend. We she saw the room she fell in love with it, which was great because i planned on proposing to her on the beach! Everything was great and she did say yes! thanks for a great place

We spent 10 days at this location. The service was excellent and any problem was taken care of right away. We were close to the beach, grocery store and resturants in the area. We had a great view of the gulf and the beach from the fourth floor balcony. The kitchen was very well equipped. The convenience of the location was the best part of this rental.

We have stayed in Mexico Beach many times in the summer, first time renting a condo. This is a great property and location with a view. The unit was excellently decorated and maintained well. Would probably wait for a little warmer weather next time.

The accomodations were fantastic and made our stay a very positive and relaxing experience. The location was convenient to everything we needed, especially the beach. It was nice to wake up every morning and feel excited about your day because of where you were staying. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo was very nice and clean. The walk to beach is not bad, its just across the street. We had one issue with the coffee maker, but after I called the office I had a brand new delivered within one hour. Excellent customer service.
The only thing we will do different next visit is, go with the 3 bedroom so we can bring more people. Very very nice visit will definitely be returning. -

I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. Some of the people in Paradise Shores are permanent residents and they are enjoyable to visit with and helpful when it comes to local information. This unit is not only beautiful, but very comfortable. The twin bed is actually in a deep closet with closing folding doors. My kids thought this was a fun place to sleep. Would definitely stay again. Pool and hot tub were clean.

It would be hard to find a much nicer beach condo. The funishings are top notch and the bed sleeps awesome. The only negative is you must cross highway to go to the beach.

We stayed at Paradise Shores unit 404 in late October and we couldn't have ask for a better place to stay it was well decorated and very clean, we loved the view of the gulf and each evening relaxed in the hot tub,I travel for a living an very picky, I will stay here in the future and highly reccomend paradise shores and forgotten coast rentals.

We have been vacationing in Mexico Beach for years and Paradise Shores is our favorite place to stay. The location and cleanliness of the condo was perfect. The staff at Forgotten Coast was very friendly and easy to work with and made our late check in so easy. We will be coming back and staying here again-we had the perfect vacation!

We had a great stay here! Very clean and nice condo right across the beach! Can't get better than this. We walked downtown MB for dinner...never even drove our car. Sharon's breakfast was the best!!! We only wished it hadn't rained everyday, but still had a great time! Would definatley stay again! Also,very quiet unit and this one had patio furniture so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

Do not know where to begin in complimenting this condo. The view is breath taking if you want to sit inside. The walk across the street to the beach yields white sand, emerald water, and blue sky. When you've had enough of the salt and sand a pool awaits. The hot tub was our after dinner treat every evening. My three children, all in their 20s, were comfortable in the accomodations as they came and went. This is a family friendly, lovely place to unwind. Can't wait to return next year.

The only downside was the small "bunk" room which our son stayed in. Daybed was not comfortable and room was nothing more than a closet. Condo would have been perfect for just a couple.

Very beautiful, comfortable and clean. Location to groceries and restaurants is excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved how the window treatments blocked the light for sleeping late. Pool and hot tub area clean and furnished well. Overall unit is the best I have stayed at in Mexico Beach. Only 1 negative is the noise from Toucans when the bands are playing late at night.

Thanks so much for this great place. We enjoyed the service and value of this place the most. The view from this unit is awesome!!! The only problem we had was that the key to the door stuck in the lock but we called down to customer service and maintenance showed up at the door before I could even shut it. Its only due to the salt in the air maybe they should go to pass keys.

The condo was gorgeous with a fabulous ocean view, clean and furnished absolutely perfectly...the furniture, bedding etc...was comfortable, top of the line appliances, cooking utensils and silverware were even top notch! We have rented vacation condo's for years and I have to say this is the best one we have ever stayed in! This was our first time in Mexico Beach and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Beaches were gorgeous, Toucan's was a great dining experience and we will be back next year! Forgotten Coast Customer Service was great.

Beautiful condo from top to bottom. Fully stocked, clean, comfortable luxury. A quick walk across the narrow street and your were in the sand! We loved Mexico Beach because the condos and houses are truly ON the beach not a long boardwalk away Gorgeous view from the balcony of the water and sand. You can watch the beach fun from the pool deck or balcony. This well decorated condo and family beach is our new favorite!!

This condo is very nice. It is directly across from the ocean and very conveniently located. It has a beautiful view, nice appliances and a very comfortable king size bed in the master. I really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the unit. The unit has lots of towels and supplies and the kitchen is totally stocked. Here is the problem we had with Forgotten Coast Rentals...we stayed for five days in March 2010, and three of those days there was very loud construction in the building. We were not notified of this in advance or we would have stayed elsewhere. The weather was not good while we were there, so we needed to be inside. The construction was so loud at times you couldn't even talk on the phone. I was not pleased with the way Forgotten Coast Rentals handled our situation. Instead of owning the problem as a communication failure on their part, they blamed it on the construction workers and others. I only did business with Forgotten Coast Rentals, and they are responsible for any problems I had. They offered to make our next trip "real cheap" which isn't helpful if you aren't going back.
