We stayed a month and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very nice with a great king size bed and a nice master bathroom with a walk-in shower. It should be noted that the floors on the first level above the parking garage are ceramic tile and thus are cold as well as hard on the feet. So slippers/and or shoes are a must. The location is great for walking out of the building and heading right for the beach or the pier. The amenities were simple fare. No recliner just an arm chair and couch to sit on in the evening. The owner needs to invest in some decent bake ware. The pans were old & rusty and the ceramic baking dishes were cracked so we went to the dollar store and bought aluminum pans to bake in. Or used tin foil to cover the pans. No big deal, just a surprise as we are used to better at previous places we stayed at. The service we received was excellent. The girls on the phone responded right away on any questions or concerns.

The service received was very good through Forgotten Coast. The location on the beach was great. However, I thought we were going to have an ocean front view and it turned out to be a limited side view, not really a big deal. The condo itself was very clean, smelled really clean which was very high on my list. It had good space and good bathrooms. My problems with the place were the beds and pillows. The mattresses were very hard, very uncomfortable. The pillows were very flimsy, so bring your own if that's important to you. Also, the couch was uncomfortable to sit on. The "pool" was nothing more than a large hot tub at the back of the parking lot. The surrounding area only had a few mediocre restaurants, maybe one or two good restaurants. You have to go to the next town for a larger grocery store.
