We enjoyed our stay with family and 2 of my childrens' friends. The unit was adequately equipped with the exception of no large skillet/frypan. Well-kept and nice furnishings. Downstairs third bedroom was small but adequate - upstairs bedrooms were large and nicely furnished. Great access to the canal and Canal Park - one of the most uncrowded beautiful beaches I've ever visited. They need to have more outdoor trash cans - it was very inadequate for our full house of guests. The seating in the living room was inadequate for the number of guests - it was difficult for all of us to gather to play games, watch movies, etc. without someone sitting on the floor (which didn't bother us but might others). The porches (up and down) were both nice. Very convenient to have the hose hook-up to rinse off before going inside after being on the beach. The outdoor shower wasn't working. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely rent there again.

No TV available. They sent someone but he was
Not able to fix it. Kids had nothing to fo at night.
We couldn't check in till 4PM.
We were allowed to check out 2 hours late.
Other than that our stay was comfortable.
