The Roost is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse located about 50 steps from the beach. The downstairs offers an open dining and kitchen area, living room with sleeper sofa and a half bath. Upstairs you have the master bedroom with Queen Size bed and additional bedroom has 2 Twin size beds and a full bath. This quaint townhome is located on Pier Street (37th Street) just steps from the beach and the Mexico Beach Pier. Pet friendly up to 35lbs.

My wife and I like this home and that we could have pets. One thing I do befor we go into a rental is we take photo of anything that may be out of place. the home needs some repaires done some of the walls have holes,the carpet has a bad place on the left side of the door going out side in the back and in the hall close to the master bedroom the seamis comeing apart. The carpet needs to be clended also. My wife is 63 I am 69 in the master bedroom I think a TV needs to be added last of all in the back yeard need a fence on the right side to keep any pet fron going next door and a small plot of grass all of this is based on the price of rental. for 15 to 17 years we have been comeing to Mexico Beach. If I come back next year I will check on the rental and stay in it if its open. all in all I like the home and the location it is in. Last we also take photo on the way out to make sure we did not leave it trashed up for you.. Thank You W. R. Smith

The furnishings were very dated, but overall the place was very clean. The only real problem we had was with the ants. Even though pest control came and did their monthly spraying, we still had lots of them. The place reminded me of my grandmother's house from the the 70s, but the ac worked really well, and it was really close to the beach.

Great service, beautiful beaches. Nice drive over to Cape San Blas. The condo was in a great location. The interior was extremely dated and there were ants - lots of ants! Don't expect to be wowed, but it worked. Well, not the ice maker (there wasn't one), but everything else seemed to work.
