This apartment is very well located in a charming Art Deco 3 story building on South Beach. Newly remodeled, fully furnished, 400 square foot apartment includes king bed in bedroom, sofa in living room, dining table w/4 chairs, A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, kitchen (including stovetop/oven), refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker), all linens, a washer and dryer on every floor. Nice Pool, Jacuzzi and right on the Beach!!! Right in the middle of beach parks and walking distance to dining, nightlife, grocery!!!

Ideally located within walking distance of the South Beach attractions and the Beach itself. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed the apartment, which was well equipped, clean and tidy. There was no view, except of a car park, but it didn't spoil our stay. We did try to return a week later, but the unit was booked, proving it's popularity.

This condo is pretty small, but is comfortable. Would not recommend for a group 3 or more. Has everything needed to cook, I was even suprised that we were supplied with styrofoam plates and cups in addition to regular dishes! Although someone above us flooded our unit, it was addressed within a reasonable time and straigtened up. The location was perfect! Directly on Miami Beach; perfect for morning or evening strolls! Very relaxing!
