The apartment is located in a very nice residential street, but within walking distance to the beach, clubs and shops. It is fully equipped, it has a full kitchen, central air and heat, TV, DVD player,WiFi, linens, towels, beach towels, iron, hair dryer, etc. It is in the 8th floor of a condominium building, and it has a beautiful view of the city. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. It has reserved covered parking, free of charge. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and everything worked as it should. The location was great - a short way to everything, but still quiet. Whole Food a few blocks away was great. Also Oliver's Bistro and the Pharmacy opposite the house were very good. The gated car park was very convenient. But the best was Maria. We got answers very quickly and everything worked just as it was supposed to work - even better! It was easy to book, easy to pay and Maria was never late - not when we met her at the apartment to get our keys or at the end of our stay when we had to leave very early to catch our flight. The lady down stairs was also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend a stay in this apartment and dealing with Maria!

On a recent trip to Miami Beach I rented this apartment for 2 weeks. The apartment was clean, spacious and convenient to the local attractions. The kitchen has all the utencils you'll need, an oven and a full size fridge. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance; Whole Foods and Publix. You're 1 block from alton Road, where you can pick up the bus line or the South Beach local (local bus transportation) and about a 10 minute walk to Collins avenue. The laundry facility is right around from the apartment and takes quarters for washer/dryer. Never a wait to use it. Parking is available at the apartment, although we didn't need it. There is also a park/track 3 blocks on alton Road. This is a beautiful spot and worth the money. Enjoy!!

Somos un matrimonio con una hija de 9 que disfrutamos de la estadia en este apartamento.
Está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y de las principales zonas de South Beach, pero en un lugar tranquilo.
Tiene todo lo que uno pueda necesitar alrededor ( gran almacen, farmacia, etc), cuenta con cochera propia lo que nos resultó muy cómodo porque no es fácil encontrar donde dejar el coche.
Lo recibimos en condiciones impecables y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía.
Maria, la responsable de la gestión de éste, fue muy amable y nos atendió de forma muy solícita en todas nuestras inquietudes.
Lo recomendaría y sin duda volvería a alquilarlo. -

We were flying from New Jersey and planning not to rent a car, and were looking for an apartment close to everything. :) And we found it. This apt. is located in the center of Miami Beach. If you go 2 blocks up you will see the Whole Foods Store with good quality and selection of food. If you go 2 blocks on the left you will see the amazing Flamingo Park, (free), with a big playground and pool for big and small kids. They don't charge for kids under 5, but you pay $10 for adults and $6 for teenagers - for the whole day. If you go around 10-12 blocks further left you will be on the famous Lincoln Rd. with nice stores, restaurants and some interesting entertainment for kids. If you go 5 blocks down the street you will be at the famous Collins Street on the art Deco District with popular stores and some funny stuff. Finally, you can get to the beach in 7 blocks, - just a 10 minute walk. On the way to the beach there is the tour agency where we bought the tour to the Everglades and found out how to get to Jungle Island for free. It’s all about location. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and simple, but it has everything you need for vacation. We even got a beach umbrella, that saved us a lot of money, instead of renting everyday for $15. We used everything in the kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, microwave - everything worked properly. We found extra blankets and pillows in the closets and extra beach towels. There is a nice balcony which we used to dry our towels and swimsuits. The only thing I didn’t like was the outside light - it was on the whole night, I don't why, but this bothered me a little , because I was used to sleeping in complete darkness. There was also a fan, extra toiler paper, paper towels, etc. The service from the manager (Maria) was amazing. She gave us a discount, and let us stay in the apartment even after we were supposed to leave, until 5, because our plane was at 8. She brought us the keys and said hello and even waved us off at the end. She is an extremely nice women and tried to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends. P.S. I forgot to mention the South Pointe Park is in walking distance and also Tjmax and Dress for Less Stores.

I stayed at this apartment while working a month long trauma sub-internship at the Ryder Center. Working odd hours, you can imagine that it was incredibly important that my apartment experience go smoothly as I had little time outside of the hospital. I found the apartment charming and attractive, exactly as depicted in the ad. I appreciated the little things I found already in the apartment that saved me the cost and convenience of running out to buy an umbrella, sea salt for the kitchen, etc. Maria (the owner) and Maria (the property manager downstairs) were both very accessible and friendly. I texted any questions that came up to Maria, the owner, and she always responded quickly and made checking in and out incredibly easy. In terms of location, the apartment is far enough away from the South Beach club scene that you didn't have to listen to it at all hours (I often slept in the middle of the day when working night shifts). You're also conveniently located a block away from Starbucks, Whole Foods and Crossfit Miami Beach. There are also some very nice restaurants within 50 feet of the apartment building that have great weekend brunch and that are perfect for breakfast-dinner. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at all hours. You're within easy walking distance of the beach and I often walked up to the Lincoln street stores and restaurants. Maria gives you a parking space within an enclosed garage and you also can have guests park overnight (maximally convenient given the Miami parking situation). I looked at about 15 other apartments before picking this one, I found Maria just came across as incredibly honest and trustworthy during the inquiring process so I chose her reasonably priced apartment and did not regret it!

All the amenities you need in this Spacious,cosy,comfortable, well-located unit with the local bus-stop right the front of the building.Ultra convenient !The perfect place to stay. I definitely recommend it, not to mention the kindness of Maria always available.
