Great vacation rental, right on the Ocean.
All you have to do is go downstairs through the back of the building and you are right on the beach, which is one of the best beaches in South Florida and goes on for miles.
You are also in the middle of everything that South Beach has to offer, you are only steps from restaurants and stores.
This one bedroom, one bath condo is fully equipped. It has a full kitchen with everything on in. Central air conditioning and heat, cable TV with TV in the bedroom and in the living room, phone with free local access.

A $350.00 deposit is required to make a reservation and it will be refunded within two weeks of departure if apartment is returned in the same condition it was found.
There is a one time cleaning charge of $75.00

Maria was waiting for us to arrive from the airport even though it was late in the night and the pick-up of the rental car took more than expected.
Great location, next to the beach and all restaurants on Ocean Drive, super market in close proximity as well.
Having a designated parking place (included in the price) - a big plus.
We had a great time. -

We spend two wonderful weeks in this apartment which is located right by the beach - it is a great place for family with kids. Highly recommend!! The apartment is in a quiet area but very close to all the restaurants on Ocean Drive...Loved it!

Overall pretty decent, right on the beach. Not recommended for partiers though, more of a family trip. You're not really close enough to the bars, plus no one else in the building will tolerate noisiness.
For a family trip, I'd give it a 4.5 out of 5
