(Miami Beach)...

Do.In the Historic Art Deco Shelborne,On 18th and Collins ON the beach side!

This great unit is a Full 400sf.And has a separate bedroom With a King Bed

and New tastefully decorated rooms.The entrance room has a very comfy

Queen Futon With upgraded mattress,a microwave,refrigerator,coffee

maker and sink,will be perfect for having breakfast on your Bistro set

.You Will Have Full access to the gorgeous pool and towel service,but

if the Beach is your thing you just cannot get any better than our

gorgeous Miami Beach,were you'll find lounges and umbrellas for

rent,Or bring your own towels and camp on the sand.The Hotel has

several bars and a restaurant wich you can use on a Cash Only

Basis,as the unit is privately owned and not part of the Hotel for

charging privileges.There is parking nearby as well as Drug stores

and Food Shoppes.daily maid service also is not part of the

rental,but you will be provided with plenty of towels and some

cleaning supplies.Maid service is available for a $60 charge should

you require it for longer stays or if the little ones made a big

mess.linens will be washed and replaced as well as bed linens,with

housekeeping service.Rates vary with season,and special events,so

   I would like thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo at the shelborne. It was absolutely amazing!!! I was very hesitant at first after reading the reviews, but the condo and hotel was fantastic. Words cannot express how wonderful of a vacation we had!!! The condo was beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed! The location was in the best part of south beach and the hotel employees were very helpful! Thank you so Much for making our first south beach vacation so great, we will definitely be returning and making this an annual trip!!!

  Lovely Stay!

  My boyfriend and I stayed here last summer for 5 nights and it was amazing! The condo was clean when we arrived and the key retrieval was easy and straight-foward. The view from the bedroom is great; it looks over Collins avenue. It is also in the heart of south beach so everything is literally a walk away. The beach is also conveniently close. We will definitely be renting from Gia again!

  I must say we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice. The location tops any other. Your in the middle of everything. The condo is alittle small but they all are on South Beach. I have nothing bad to say about my stay at all. We brought in the New Year in Style. Yea!!!

  I am writing this review for my mom, who stayed in this apartment and she loved it. It had everything she needed and more: She loved the hairdryer, the two tvs, it is like staying at someone's house, it had a sleeper sofa, a dvd player, an alarm/clock/speakers for your ipod, in house great wifi, two refrigerators, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and even more she didn't even get to use, etc. She loved the place, the location (right on the beach) and both her and I were very pleased that the owner, Gia Hutt, was always available by phone or email to answer any questions or provide us with any extras we may need. And she also leaves two beach chairs and an umbrella that were very useful! It was a great experience and we will definitely come to stay here again. We would recommend it 100%

  Your place was suited our needs perfectly. Not only did we have the convenience of being right on the beach, but we found it easy to walk just about anywhere we needed to go. The pool area was nice and the suite was clean. The four of use had plenty of room while we were there, and we all definately agreed we would stay again. We had a wonderful time, thank you, and I look forward to our next trip.

  Two girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying in Gia's great one bedroom place for four days. The place was centrally located, thereby convenient. Since it was located in a hotel, we felt secure. Despite the construction going on across the street, we didn't hear much of it. The place was just perfect for us. I especially like the line in the shower for hanging up the intimates. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

  The apartment was as described a comfortable 1 bedroom with a kitchenette in the Shelborne Hotel with a lovely pool and direct access to the broadwalk and the beach. Being on Collins Avenue and 18th street we were in a central location with easy access to all the doings in Sobe. A great array of restaurants and enjoyable people watching. The weather could have been better but Ms. Hutt doesn't control the weather.

  We came down for the superbowl an had a ball... the room was a little small but it
  had everything we needed for the week.... very clean an Gia is soooo nice and
  helpful..... I recommend this place anytime!! I will sure stay here again... its close 2
  all the south beach experience.. including the nite club an its connected 2 the
  beach!! Hope u enjoy your stay as much as I did!
