One-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and living area, free WiFi, and parking. Designed with the best of modern and oriental furniture our one bedroom apartments have approximately 667 square feet-62 square meters and features one bedroom, one bathroom, living room and kitchen with eating area. Sleeps up to three adults but is ideal for two. With children it could accommodate up to 4 people. Everything for you and your family enjoy and relax after a busy day in South Beach.

The Met South Beach is located in one of the hottest areas to live in Miami Beach called South of Fifth or SoFi for short (pronounced ‘so-fye’). As its name suggests, South of Fifth is located south of Fifth Street at the south end of Miami Beach. It is a peninsula surrounded by Biscayne Bay to the west, Government Cut to the south and the Atlantic to the east. The east side of the peninsula has beautiful white sand beaches and the west side has dockage for yachts and boats. Although SoFi has its share of high-rise condominium towers, there are less than in other areas of Miami Beach giving South of Fifth a genuine neighborhood feel. Driving along the ample, tree-lined streets, one can see folks cycling, jogging or strolling about under the warm south Florida sunshine.
There are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance and Miami Beach lies just to the north offering a myriad of entertainment and shopping options. Unlike other areas in Miami Beach, SoFi has a more relaxed feel and has become quite popular over the last few years. There is a good amount of new construction though the trend is towards smaller, more creative designs, helping to make SoFi less vertical than other areas of Miami Beach.

Great location for South Beach...5 blocks to Miami Beach, 3-14 blockw walking distance to many good restaurants and breakfast places. An entry to Miami Beach has yoga classes at 7 a.m. and 5 pm (winter hours) for a $5 donation to the volunteer instructor.
The grocery store is about 5or 6 blocks away and the garage is about 3-4 blocks away. There is a detailed book in each apartment that gives maps and restaurant names and order-in menus and how everything works. No one is on site, except the housekeeper who is most comfortable speaking Spanish and is helpful and nice. Be sure to get in touch with Thiago by telephone to let him know when you are arriving and then follow up when you are a half hour away. We did this and had no trouble as Maria Elena was there to let us in. But another young couple from Europe was not so fortunate and they did not call in advance. Thiago had always answered the telephone when I called before the trip and when we arrived.
The TV remote did not work, the security system did not work. Neither was a problem to us. There are two futon-type couches with pillows for seating in the living room that would be beds for up to two people. -

This Villa is one of the best houses I've rented in Miami Beach. Me and my family we had a wonderful time there this January and we are planning to come back every year! It is a amazing property with a perfect location for someone that want to have privacy and tranquility and yet be just a few minutes away from all the Buzz of South Beach and Bal Harbour. The fact that the house has two guest houses gave us a lot of independence and comfort. Kitchen and pool area are amazing! Bedrooms are extremely comfortable a I don't know how but the house seems to be brand new even though it is a very stylish old Florida Plantation home. Very sexy! I can recommend this to anyone rather than a hotel!
