The best way to get ahold of me for initial inquiries is through email. I'm happy to call you, but often my time differences are such that the window of opportunity for a phone call at a decent hour for both of us is rather difficult to arrange.
Take a long weekend or take a week. Unwind. Watch the sunsets at the rooftop pool. Breathe in the peacefulness while sipping on your favorite beverage. Or hop across the street with beach towels and a picnic and listen to the waves and watch the pelicans. Stress just melts away..

We are located at 63rd and Collins. South Beach is 15 min south by cab or car - close enough to visit for shopping or dinner but you can leave the party atmosphere when you've had enough and come home to a quiet nights sleep!
Ft. Lauderdale International airport is about 40 min north and Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes away. Bal Harbor Shops are 15 min North.

We have just returned from a fabulous 12 day stay at this apartment and were really impressed about everything it had to offer.
The location is perfect only one block from the beach. We were able to hire bicycles and were near enough to ride down to south beach for people watching etc.The apartment is also located close to restaurants and supermarkets etc.
The accommodation was furnished to a very high standard and everything you could possibly need was provided. We especially liked the chairs provided for the beach which came in very handy also it was nice to have a secure parking space for the hire car .
We would definitely like to return for another stay at this apartment and hopefully this will be sooner rather than later.

We had a simply perfect time in North Beach at this rental condo. The location is close to the beach, but isn't too busy. The condo is very well appointed and was a real treat (as compared to a hotel). Having parking available was very helpful. Ana and Christine were extremely helpful, and very easy to interact with.

Wow! We loved this place. Picked up a mustang from Miami airport and found the place easily from the great directions. Perfect ,as parking space comes with your room. Met by the housekeeper, Ava, who was on time and showed us around. Great location as near Bal harbour and you can drive easily to ocean drive etc and park for a few dollars.
Rooftop pool is a major plus and despite being closed for repair whilst we were there, Christine had informed us about this and gave us the option to cancel. She told us you can still sunbathe and use the pool, which we did and only saw workmen once. The only time we saw other people up here was at the weekend and never more than 4 people.
The loft is equipped with everything and more you could wish for. Right down to your own personal dressing gown for you to take away too! Right above a garage with a well equipped shop, you could easily get breakfast amenities. Plenty of good restaurants a short walk, or drive, if you are feeling lazy, away. Try buenos aires bakery! Great food and great atmosphere! We would never stay anywhere else now in Miami - I did not want to leave. One last thing, the bed here is sooo comfortable! -

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this modern 2-story condo. The condo was absolutely clean and very well equipped. It's really spacious and bright. All listings and descriptions are absolutely correct. The parking lot in the building is very convenient. The location in the north of Miami Beach is just great. You reach the wonderful beach (which is less crowded than South Beach) in 3 minutes. Many restaurants including Mexican, Cuban, Peruan and of course american cuisine as well as a supermarket are in walking distance. We rented bikes and made a biking tour to South Beach / Ocean Drive which was a very nice and relaxing experience. Also, don't miss the sunrise at the beach - it's really worth getting up at least one day a bit earlier. The owner did provide excellent service and was very supportive and kind. I will recommend the loft to friends and relatives and will definetely come back when travelling to Miami.

Wow ! What an amazing loft ! My fiance & I voted and the votes are unanimous we will never stay anywhere else when we come to Miami! Christine & Jeff are the most hospitable and such lovely people. Ada was there upon arrival and so helpful! Definitely a little slice of heaven & you feel like you're right at home! There's a full kitchen, washer and dryer, rooftop pool & jacuzzi where I got an amazing tan, super clean, and you have your own parking garage! The beach is right across the street, shopping centers are walking distance, and 15 mins away from the madness of South Beach! We really did have everything we needed! This loft was the perfect find !

We spent almost two weeks in this apartment during Christmas and NYE holidays and absolutely enjoyed it.
Loft is located on North Beach. This is not a center of the fun, but instead a quiet place to have a rest after club or shopping bonanza. The beach is just across the road and though it is more narrow comparing to the South Beach, it is much less crowded and gives you a perfect opportunity to read a book and not be distracted by a constant chattering. There's a 7-Eleven right in front of the building, so you get access to gas, food and hot coffee 24x7. On your left there are a number of small restaurants and bars, including Pizza Hut and Ihop.
There is not only a pool on the roof, but also a number of tables and chairs, so you could have a dinner on that same roof and watch the sunset on the Bay.
The apartment itself has everything you need. The kitchen lets you cook whatever you want, beach towels and chairs makes you ready for the sunbaths, cable TV and big plasma are good for watching whatever you want. And kudos for printer that helped us save some time with eTickets printed out.
And I especially want to thank Christine for a friendly approach and participation! :)
All in all, we had a great time and will definitely rent this loft again should we decide to go back to Miami. -

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and couldn't be more complimentary about our experience. Christine's professionalism and attention to detail are evident as soon as you step in to this place. This 2 story loft is tastefully furnished with all the bells and whistles one could ask for. As an avid cook, I found all necessary utensils, pots, pans, etc to whip up 3 course meals with ease. The apartment is immaculate and the king bed is extremely comfortable. The 2 balconies are perfect and the rooftop pool and hot tub are very well maintained. The roof pool never had more than 2 or 3 people laying out so it always seemed as if it was our own private space. The proximity to the beautiful beach was also perfect; Just a 2 min walk to a gorgeous, quiet beach but far enough from the hustle and bustle of south beach to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is a bus stop right across he street and it's only $2 for a 10 min bus ride to south beach.
Overall this place was top notch. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here for all my future trips to miami. -

This place is great. It has everything!! Beach chairs, beach towels, balcony, beach view, and pretty much anything else you need for a home from home in Miami Beach.
This is the first time I rented a condo for vacation and loved it. No hidden hotel fees, no check in stress.
No double bookings, wrong bookings. Free parking, free interent, free laundry (detergent there).
Shopping Mall, 20 mins away.
Beach, 5 minute walk.
Great restaurants within walking distance.
South Beach, 20 mins.
Miami City, 20 mins.
Jet Ski Tours, several within driving distance.
Everglades, depending on where you want to go, only an hour or two.
Key West, 4 hours.
The apartment itself had everything you can imagine. From now on I am going to rent a condo on vacation rather than using a hotel.
And this place is half the price of a hotel room and you get so much more for your money.
Also has a pool and jacuzzi on the roof top where you can watch the sunset and has an amazing view to the city at night.
As you can tell I seriously recommend this place if you ever visit Miami Beach...
