The above rates include all taxes & exit cleaning fee but does not include Special Events or Holiday weekend.
If you want daily housekeeping service there is an additional charge of $45 per day which you should let me know upon check in if you like to have this extra service.
There is valet parking service for US$ 27.00 per day, but you can find public parking lots around the property. The rate is US$ 1.00 per hour the first 4 hours and overnight is US$ 15.00. Parking meters on the streets are US$ 1.25 per hour up to midnight. These rates are the current rates but are subject to change.
All major credit cards accepted, or Paypal (all are secured websites). To confirm a reservation FULL payment must be made. A security deposit of $100 is added to your total room cost and this $100 will be refunded from your account upon check out provided there are no damages to the studio. If you CANCEL your vacation by notifying me via email or phone at least 21 days before your arrival you will get a full refund of your monies less a 6% handling fee. If you choose to cancel less than 21 days before your arrival you will get a 70% refund of your monies. I also accept payment by Chase or RBC bank via email money transfer.

This apartment was perfect for our week in Miami Beach. It's only a few blocks from the excitement of Ocean Drive and South Beach but well located for easy access to the freeways and highways to get out an explore Miami and the surrounding areas. The self catering facilities allowed us freedom with meal times and saving on eating out. The equipment is a bit limited but absolutely fine for breakfast, lucnh and quick dinners. There are plenty of cheap places to eat out in the surrounding area though. The apartment was clean and cosy and had everything we needed, including free wifi which was great. Booking this studio with the owner was very easy and straight forward.We had a great week in this apartment and would definitely return.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and had a ball, 2 blocks from the beech, lovely clean apartment and loads of restuarants around the place, cheap as chips and spot less, will be back, greetings from Ireland.

The place is perfect, very well localizated... close to the beach and many nice stores... The studio is very clean and confortble... Abdel is very nice and friendly... I wish I could be hosted in that studio right now... =]

Simple but complete studio with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is 2 blocks away from Ocean Drive and you can walk everywhere or rent a decobike whith several decostations around the corner. Real value for money!

Had a great stay! It's a small room, but we took the money we saved on this affordable rental and spent it on fun things outside the room, which, let's face it, is where you want to spend most of your South Beach vacation anyway. Great location just a couple blocks from the beach.

A girlfriend and me stayed here from 2/1/12 to 2/5/12. We loved the location as it was only a quick 5-8 minute walk to the beach, and only a 15 minute stroll along to beach to Nikki Beach!! We went out everynight to various clubs (Set, Dream, Space, Liv, Mansion, etc)...all were around a $5-$10 cab ride from the studio (taxi's were not hard to get either). Food options were great around the studio (Pizza Rustica was amazing) and the great restaurants along Ocean Drive (like the Cleavelander and Magoes, etc) are only a 5 minute walk away as well!!
My friend and I will definitely be coming back to stay at this location. The value was great, the size of the room was perfect, the room had a small fridge and microwave, and plenty of closet space to hang your things. The front desk staff was very helpful and we always felt safe walking around the area, even late at night.
The owner of the studio was very helpful and friendly, which made my girlfriend and I feel at ease since you hear about all these rental scams out there.
Great location, great service, friendly owner, and awesome amenities! -

We had a great time at abdel´s appartment!! It was very clean, spacious, the location was great and abdel, was excellent, he sent us a lot of mails, asking us how we were, recomending us different places and thing to do!

First of all I would like say Thank you to abdel for his attitude and all information he provided before and during my trip. I loved everything; the Unit is located in very good location, very close to the beach and shopping. Studio is nice and clean and has everything that you need for your stay. I will definitely stay there again and will recommend to my friends.

This apartment is perfect for 2 people - it is very clean, in a great location in South Beach, has everything you need and the staff at the hotel reception were very helpful and friendly. Abdel was also very helpful and accommodating as we added an extra night to our stay. The apartment is quite small, but it has everything you would need - we particularly liked the ipod speakers which came in handy before going out to the clubs! The hot tub for guests was also a lovely treat!!
Location is perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beach and restuarants/bars...and the area wasn't dodgy which was great...as there are quite a few streets you'd want to avoid in Miami!
My friend and I had the best holiday and I would definitely recommend this studio if you are looking for a simple, cheap, clean and good place to stay! -

Just what we were looking for.
Great location, pretty quiet and clean room. Short distance to the beach and restaurants. Beach chairs were good extras.
Downstairs reataurant was noisy at weekend but weekdays it wes very quiet palce.
Owner was helpful and gave good tips for place. Also hotel workers was there for us.

me and my girlfriend enjoyed the time in south beach.
i can recommend abdels appartement to everybody.
its no luxus inside but for this price its a really good appartement in this part of miami!!

I took my girlfriend to Miami Beach for a few days to propose to her. We stayed in abdel's condo and it was perfect! It was clean and plenty of room for two. The price is more than reasonable. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. They were also new the area really well. Everything is a 2 minute walk away. I researched vacation rentals for 2 months...you will absolutely not find a better deal in Miami Beach. Miami Beach is great place to visit and the next time I am there I will certainly stay in this condo. Abdel...thank you so much for a great weekend!!

After a long search, I finally decided to rent this apartment in South Beach for my first visit to Miami.
It was really a success because it is located in the art Deco district, but a couple of blocks away from the noise of Ocean Drive.
It is a room with well equipped bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker. Beautiful white marble floor.
Maybe some details to improve, as the closet and hair dryer. The windows need cleaning on the outside.
The owner is very friendly and concerned about the comfort of the tenants.
I would not hesitate to return and recommend it to friends visiting Miami.
Refrain those looking for luxury or services outside the standard. The idea is to spend a few days like a local.
