Great location and good amenities. Unfortunately the aircon was not working and upon arrival the dishes in dishwasher had not been washed by cleaners and there was someone's toothbrush packaging left in bathroom. Not entirely owner's fault but I think he / agent should have checked to ensure everything in working order and 100% clean before we arrived.
Also there is a club downstairs and because it was so hot at night because aircon wasn't working we had to sleep with window open which of course meant noise. But luckily for us it was only the sat night that we had a problem. There was barely any noise the other nights. -

My daughter and I just ended a 5-day stay in this condo, and we couldn't have been more happy with our accommodations. The condo is spacious, lovely, beautifully decorated, and quite clean. There are two balconies, one accessed from the living area, and the other from the bedroom. There were very minor glitches: a small table was broken ... but it was merely decorative, rather than functional, so this wasn't a big issue; the coffee-maker was broken, and some of the dishes ... which, I assume, had been "washed" by previous tenants ... weren't as clean as they should have been; the "Toto" toilet ... which, by design, is intended to be water-efficient ... wasn't very efficient, and required more flushing than should have been necessary; the light-switch-controlled bathroom fan was very noisy; and the batteries for one of the television remote controls were corroded (new ones were provided by andy, the very kind "Major Domo" from the hotel next door, however). Otherwise, the apartment is just beautiful and very well equipped (although there were only 2 wine glasses, one of which was a stemmed water glass, but we're not picky about wine receptacles ... just our wine).
We addressed all or most of these issues with the owner, and he was always very concerned, responsive and accommodating. My daughter and I couldn't have been more pleased with this property (other than the aforesaid minor maladies, and the "techno" music that seems to permeate the entire South Beach area (I will add here, however, that when the doors to the balcony are closed, the sound-proofing is most effective at blocking out that particular din)),
