It was completely renovated in 2008. Top of the line kitchen cabinets and appliances. It is conveniently located in the 2nd floor. Enjoy the large balcony with seating area. We go to Miami every May for a conference at the Eden Roc but we prefer to rent a condo. We stayed in one a bit further north last year and then we found this one. It was perfect!! We hope it will be available every time we're there. The owners are fabulous. It was a great home away from home. It is well furnished, the bed is comfortable, it is spotlessly clean, and a great location. We loved everything about it!

Nos encantó el departamento, y la atención recibida de sus dueñas. Viajamos con una nena chiquita y teniamos a disposición juguetes de playa para ellas cuando llegamos!
El departamento es super cómodo, en excelentes condiciones, con una cocina espectacular. El acceso a la playa es directo y con reposeras a disposición. Algo no menor es super seguro.Nos encantó!
Si tuviera que encontrarle una falla (y en realidad no lo es) es que el baño (que es precioso) no tiene bañadera sino ducha y nuestra hija adora su baño de inmersión con sus juguetes. -

Es un excelente departamento. Superó todas nuestras espectativas ya que es mejor aun de lo que se ve en las fotos de la publicación. Excelente atención de Yeilany y su madre quienes nos han recibido muy bien.
Recomiendo a todos este departamento tanto por su equipamiento como por su ubicacion. -

6 weeks ago I told my family I had PayPal'd $500 to a woman I met on the internet who advertised a rental condo in Miami Beach online. Sounds crazy and looking back it probably was. But my fiance and I just returned from Miami where we spent a week in Yeilany's condo. Our first vacation rental experience could not have been more perfect. Just a quick warning to fellow vacation renters... The photos on FlipKey are deceiving. This property is much, much nicer in person than the pictures show. We thought we found a good deal until we arrived and discovered we stole this condo! We could not have been more pleased. Yeilany is a pleasure and the unit was immaculate. The building is older than some of the more hip and modern buildings on the beach, but it is extremely well-maintained. And the unit itself is modern as well. We will miss the stunning kitchen and bathroom! Yeilany was a wonderful host. And when we arrived we were surprised to find a unit completely outfitted with everything a renter could want (i.e. WiFi, coffee maker, kitchen tools, beach chairs, etc.).
I took some time to photograph the unit because I know how difficult it can be to spend money on a vacation rental not knowing what you will walk into when you arrive. The location midway between South Beach and Bal Harbor is perfect. The only question Yeilany could not answer was where to get great Cuban food in the area. I am happy to report, Tropical Beach Cafe (28th and Collins) is the spot.

This was a real home away from home. We met Yeilany in the lobby where she gave us a tour of the property and pool, beach etc.. First impressions are that the place is spotless, comfy and right on the beach but also with a good sized pool if you cant make the 30 second walk to the beach...Comunication throughout the hire has been great so I felt like meeting someone I had know for ages, We were given the keys and the place was ours to explore. The building is residential so peacefull and relaxing and very safe. The wifi is excellent and there is also wifi by the pool, there are lots of sun beds here and on the very quiet stretch of beach. The apartment is full of everything you can think of, the kitchen is full of everything you will need to cook, there is also a couple of bbqs for the block by the pool. The cable tv was good, parking included with your own space. Theres a new Publix supermarket on Collins and 69th to stock up on food. (5min drive). The shower is good and the bed very comfy, the morning view was fab, the whole place was perfect. The staff in the building are very friendly too. There is also a big balcony with table and chairs which is perfect for a breakfast in the sun. South Beach is 10 min drive, we walked it one day in about 45 mins and got a cab home at $10. There are busses that run from outside down to southbeach. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to be away from the madness of Sobe but still not be too far away to soak up the atmosphere. I would be sure to stay here again and recommend this rental to anyone. Thank you Yeilany and family for a great holiday.

Perfect for our needs. Bright roomy condo with ocean view, well appointed and well stocked. Yeilany and Yolanda were great in making sure we had verything we needed. Grounds were beatutiful but building is sceheduled for some renovation. Quiet yet conveniently located in North Beach with parking.

We stayed for 10 days in the condo and loved every minute. The owners are very service oriented and the condo amenities are excellent. The complex is very child friendly too and near to most everything a person needs. The only thing we wish it had was one king size bed but the beds provided worked out well. We will be back and in fact liked the condo so much we may look to buy in the same building.

From the time we got to the condo we knew we would've enjoyed ourselves. This is trully a home away from home because of the coziness of all the rooms and the lovely view of the beach. The owners of this villa could not be nicer or more accommodating, they were extremely helpful with all our enquiries, even came over half way through our week's stay to fix a problem with the wi-fi. The apartment has everything you could need and is well equipped with all sorts of kitchen utensils, towels etc. though it doesn't have a kettle which for the British like us we do love a cup of tea in the morning, so we had to boil a saucepan of water, but that's a small price to pay. The balcony has a lovely view and gets the sun in the morning. The resort is very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, though I would recommend a car as there is not really anything nearby to walk to. Thanks Yeilany, we had a very enjoyable week's stay in your lovely apartment.

This apartment couldn't be any cozier. If your blinds are open, the first thing you see from the bedroom window when you wake up is the beautiful atlantic Ocean. The entire apartment is beyond well-equipped (especially the kitchen). There's private beach access which is ideal if you'd like to escape the south beach crowd to truly relax. All the SoBe fun is about a five minute cab ride. There's a bus stop across the street and SoBe is about ten minutes away via bus. The building staff is very friendly and helpful. Yeilany, the owner, provides the best hospitality anyone could ask for. She's so accommodating and welcoming, I felt like I was staying at a relative's home. This is the only place I'd like to spend my visits to Miami at. It's the perfect piece of paradise with the playground (South Beach) not too far away.

Very comfortable and well-maintained beachfront apartment. Owners are extremely helpful. Lovely modern kitchen and main bathroom. Lounge is big enough to easily accommodate a very comfortable airbed if you need extra sleeping capacity. Lovely beach right outside and a short walk down the boardwalk to some luxury hotel restaurants. Five minutes drive to the nightlife of South Beach but the apartment itself is situated in a peaceful area. Perfect for family vacation.

This is a very comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with
a new kitchen and bath.It has a second half bath. We often have 2 of our grand daughters visit for a week or so and,while it does get tight, it is manageable. There is a nice view of the ocean and garden from the apartment's veranda, which seats 2-3 people.The building and pool area are well maintained. It's location is unbeatable. -

Not only is the beach view beautiful, but the beach is also private. The pool area is spacious and well-maintained. The location is so convenient to the many tourist attractions in Miami. Best of all is the beautiful decor and cleanliness of the rental unit. The kitchen and bathrooms have high quality fixtures and appliances. You will be very pleased vacationing here!
