When you come to South Beach, this is the perfect place to stay. Remodeled 2-story building offers this apartments, professionally decorated with brand new furniture. You will enjoy brand new appliances, comfortable closets, and fully equipped kitchen and linens. Housekeeping included.
Wireless Internet, cable and electricity included. One Parking space assigned and included. If you are planning a family trip we will provide a crib as well. When you make a reservation, we ask for a deposit depending on the time of your stay.
This deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet appartement.
L'aménagement est simple mais très fonctionnel, propre.
La parking est un atout indéniable car trouver des places de parking à South Beach, même payantes, peut être un parcours du combattant :-)
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la machine à laver et sèche linge dans la salle de bain. -

Not just for where it is (near to everything... just 4 block away from the beach but at the same time in a really quiet block), for the apartments itself, confortables, tastilly decorated and with everything you need, but just for the people who run the place. Great treatment, always trying to help. Absolutly reccomended.

Just returned from our stay at 751 Meridian and i must say that it is a perfect place to stay in Miami. Location was perfect, apartment was extremely clean, brand new kitchen and bathroom and parking was also included( Apartments' photos are 100% real). I will come back for sure. Thanks andrea for all her help.

We stayed 10 days in this studio and everything was clean. The stuff very helpfull. We apreciate the parking spot to let the car when going to south beach,which is within walking distance so as all best place in Miami beach. We Will come back again :-)

Comfortable Studio, convenient location, quiet place, it has some stairs to go to the second floor but the service can help you with the luggage. Overall very good, to recommend, good balance services and price

l'appartamento ? spazioso e pulito, molto comodo x andare al mare, vicino al supermercato e a due passi dalle vie principali.non manca davvero niente. la signora delle pulizie ? mlto gentile e x qualsiasi cosa lei ? disponibile. tornerei sicuramente in questo appartamento.

What a fantastic place to stay! We've visited South Beach about a dozen times in the last 10 years and have stayed in every sort of hotel from scary ones to exclusive ones. But this was the best on many levels! How nice to have a separate living room and kitchen for late night snacks or morning coffee while one of us slept in the bedroom. The assigned parking was super nice after paying up to $50/day on mandatory valet service at the big hotels. It's located so perfectly in the center of Sobe that we walked a lot of the time-- 4 minutes walking to the beach, 10 minutes to Bentley Beach Club, 8 minutes to Lincoln St Mall, 3 minutes to Whole Foods, TJ Maxx, Ross, Sephora, Mac, Banana Republic...
It was very clean and modern throughout and the housekeeper, maintenance man and Diana, the mgr, were all very friendly and welcoming. Eight days was not enough so we'll be back soon!
Ps, They even blacked out the bedroom windows before we arrived so we could sleep in easier. Gotta love it! -

The location was great. Blocks from Lincoln road, and Ocean Drive. Close but not too close where you can't sleep at night from the party noise. The satff was very helpful and friendly. Perfect for families, romantic escapes or simply relaxing. Highly recommended.

It´s of the few times I´ve gone to a place that exceeds what I paid for. It´s your own apt. in the sweet spot of Miami Beach with the service of owners that want to prosper. Their concern are my needs, clean, good service and a "feel at home" environment.
Aside, their located 3 blocks from the beach and a couple of more blocks from Lincoln Rd.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Playa de Oro! It is in the heart of south beach and easy to walk to many fantastic restaurants, as well as the beach. I stayed for 4 weeks, so it was important for me to feel completely at home and comfortable, which is easy to do because the studio is well equipped with a full kitchenette including stove, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, plates/utensils, etc. as well as large closet with iron/iron board. The weekly cleaning service was immaculate and definitely added to my comfort. I am also a young, single, female so it was important that I felt safe. The property is gated and kept secure with keys and codes that only the residents and staff know. My studio was also double locked on the second floor, which added to the feeling of safety. All in all, I would highly recommend staying at Playa de Oro.
