Two classically designed one-bedroom apartments in the heart of South Beach

Centrally-located in South Beach, these stylish apartments are located just 2 blocks from the beach off Washington Avenue. Three blocks from the restaurants on Lincoln Road and half a block from Espanola Way.

They have been designed by the British owners to provide a great alternative to a high quality modern hotel suite for a fraction of the price. The cost of renting these apartments is the same for a week as you can pay per night in some of the local hotels. The whole building was refurbished in 2006/7 and both apartments have been recently furnished an...d decorated. The wonderful South Beach night-life is all around, but the location is next to a school and mostly very quiet. There are supermarkets, grocery stores, delis and pharmacies as well as a hairdresser all within a 30 second walk.

They have fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning, cable TV, internet and Ipod dock. Housekeeping available.

This apartment is fully furnished in a comfortable modern style with browns, camel and blue/white fabrics. The polished wooden floor is original and the furniture was all new in summer 2009. The living/dining room has a queen-sized sofa bed and armchair, glass dining table, four chairs, flat screen LCD TV, Ipod docking station and high quality decorative finishes. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer as well as glasses, cutlery and crockery for four people. The hallway has a laundry cupboard with full sized washer/dryer and hanging rail. The bathroom is small but well-appointed with a stylish marble tiled shower (no bath). The bedroom has a wooden bed and wooden dresser with large mirror. There is a telephone (for local calls) in the living room and bedroom. Internet connection is in the bedroom. The apartments are in the Art Deco District in South Beach, Miami. South Beach is the southern end of Miami Beach and the South Beach clubs, bars, restaurants, beach and night life are legend. These apartments are in the heart of South Miami Beach near the shops and restaurants on Lincoln Road, Collins Avenue, Washington Avenue and Ocean Drive. The gay clubs and bars are nearby, as is the beach.

With regard to parking, the apartments do not have any parking of their own, but there is on street parking from 7am-7pm and there are several secure car parks within a couple of blocks. The nearest secure parking is two blocks away at 12th Street and Drexel Avenue. It has 154 spaces. For a normal holiday in South Beach we advise our guests that you really do not need to rent a car, as the apartments are just twenty-five minutes in a cab from the airport. Including tips and tolls it will cost you less than $40. The beaches, shops and restaurants are all a short walk away and you can rent a car in South Beach by the day if you want to explore further afield. There is a Hertz office on Alton Road at 16th Street, and Exotic Car Rentals can be found on Fifth Street if you want a Ferrari or Stretched Hummer.

ALL PRICES ARE QUOTED IN US DOLLARS.

Security Deposit: We take a security deposit of $400 upfront by credit/debit card or through PayPal, against damage, which is refunded on departure.

Florida Sales Tax: We are legally required to pay Florida sales tax, which is charged in addition, at a rate of 7% of the rental price. Some properties available on-line do not charge this tax. That means the owner is not legally registered to offer short term rentals in Florida and it may also be the case that short term rentals are not allowed in their building.

We think 7% seems a small amount to pay to be sure you are not witnesses in a tax avoidance investigation at some point during your holiday or in the future! Beach Town Apartments is part of Beach Town Investments LLC, a legally registered entity in the State of Florida.

Cancellation Policy: When we take your booking we take the property off the market. It is an inconvenience and often a financial loss for us if the rental is subsequently cancelled. We do realise that sometimes circumstances change and we have a simple policy for this situation. If you cancel more than 30 days before the booking we offer a full refund. If you cancel less than 30 days before the booking we will only refund if we manage to re-let the property. If the rental is for a smaller amount then we will reduce your repayment by the net difference.

Privacy Policy: Please rest assured that we do not keep credit card details on file and we do not share personal information with any other companies.

  I stayed in apartment a with my boyfriend for 5 nights in March. Lucy that we booked it through was lovely and very informative. we then made arrangements with Vicky to collect the keys when we landed and this all ran smoothly.
  
  The flat was in a very good condition with wooden floors throughout and it is situated in a great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again myself or to recommend it to anyone!

  This apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, and close to all major attractions. The booking process was simple and quick. The apartment is located less than a block from Washington ave. which is where all the major clubs, stores, and restaurants are. It is easy to get around south beach from here whether on foot, by cab, or public transportation. Overall great apartment and very trustworthy people.
