Light, cheery, one of a kind designer studio overlooking the gardens of a boutique hotel. A Murphy bed ingeniously becomes a dining/office table during the day. There is also a Queen size convertible sofa bed. Large sized mural photographs by the Studio's owner, an internationally known photographer. Apartment is fully equipped. Just bring your toothbrush and flip flops and you're all set. TV, cable/DVD, dishwasher. One block behind Versace Mansion. Walk everywhere.
One time cleaning fee of $75. Can be waived for longer stays. Maid service available at all times for $20 an hour.

Put on your bathing suit, walk a hundred yards and
you're on one of the world's greatest kid friendly beaches, with limpid blue green water. On the sand you'll have a look at some of the world's prettiest people.
And in South Beach there's always
something going on: A "models" volleyball tournament,fashion photo shoots, Art
Deco weekends, Music Festivals, A Multiplex Movie theater and
the New World Symphony and ballet on nearby Lincoln road. All kinds of nightclubs
on Washington Avenue ( but none of the noise ! )
. Fabulous shopping ( AX Armani exchange,
Banana Republic, etc. etc, ). Great restaurants in every
price range.
And it's all within easy walking distance. So you really don't need a car except when you want to go on excursions.
And When you do have a car there is inexpensive municipal
parking, again, within a hundred yards!

Myself and a few of my friends came down to miami for spring break back in march. This was our first time there so we wanted something close to everything and boy did we find a diamond in the ruff!!! The studio was perfect for us. There was wifi, tv, phone, ac, beach towels, blankets, wine glasses etc. The water was definitely hottt lol The location is beyond awesome. We woke up everyday and was at the beach within two minutes. You can't beat that with a stick. There's a souvenir shop connected to the building as well as a liquor store which we took advantage of and was actually pretty reasonable. Overall i give this place a 10/10. I dealt with ali for everything and he was awesome. We will be returning very soon!!! Thanks again.

I stayed at the condo for 3 nights to attend a friend's wedding. The photos are trueIt's in a perfect location in SoBe - literally a block from the beach, clubs, restaurants of all price ranges, bars and clubs, bus line and Miami Beach Police. It's the perfect size for 1-2 people (I stayed alone). Not spotless or brand new, but safe, comfortable and surprisingly quiet - even on Friday/Saturday night! I didn't use the stove or dishwasher but the fridge was useful. Only concern was one of the windows wouldn't shut but I found a solution. I will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in Miami Beach for two weeks. The unit was clean and cosy and there were everything you need during your vacation(Free internet connection, telephone etc.). We were worried about the bathroom because there weren´t any pictures of it but it was also clean and compact.
There was a little mix up with door codes but luckily Daniel took care of things quickly!
Music from the hotel next door wasn´t disturbing unless the windows were open. The location of the unit is excellent because it is in the middle of SoBe and everything is in walking distance (beach, Lincoln Road Mall, conviniesce stores etc.). Must recommend! -

Cosy place in a great location really close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. But quite noisy, music from the hotel nextdoor a bit loud. We also have to say that, that the place was'nt that clean (sticky and cockroaches cruising all over the building). On the overall, the place is a good deal for a short stay in SoBe Miami.

You will not find a better location in South Beach to stay. Right in the middle of it all and yet the unit is situated so that it is peaceful and quiet at night. A block away from the beach and walking distance to everywhere you want to be in South Beach.
