Set on Collins ave on the corner of 9th st above the Replay fashion shop just one block from Ocean dr. Excellent accommodation we stayed there with our grandson very spacious clean and modern with great kitchen, the staff were very helpful with nothing that was too much trouble the best place we have stayed in Miami and this was our 5th visit.

A great place to stay in South Beach. The apartment is a home away from home. It's very trendy and quiet at the same time. Very central and, unlike most of the hotels doesn't have a bar downstairs: you can sleep whenever you want to. Very close to the beach and Ocean Drive and all the SoBe fun. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing, always ready to help in anything. We have stayed for 5 nights and loved it.

Acabamos de volver de pasar unos días alojados en los apartamentos Jetset Franklin, y lo cierto es que no ha podido ser mejor.
La atención ha sido buenísima y los apartamentos son espaciosos, nuevos, bien decorados y totalmente equipados, situados al lado de todo, pero al tiempo sin ser ruidosos. En fin, se trata de un lugar altamente recomendable para alojarse en Miami Beach. -

At the risk of giving away a great secret on a place to stay in South Beach, here goes:
I just returned from 2 weeks at Jetset Franklin and I loved it. Unit 205 was so clean, I swear I was the first one to stay there.
Michelle and Elli, business partners were very quick to respond to my request to rent and provided a lease and credit card authorization form online. When I had a special booking request through by credit card company, they were happy to oblige. During the stay, they were unobtrusive but near by if they were needed.
I was a few blocks away from arriving by cab when Michelle called my cell phone wondering if I was having problems finding the apartment.
This apartment is precisely as described, and when I wondered if they had a toaster for the unit, they promptly went out and bought a brand new one. They let me park my rented scooter beside the building in the secured walkway.
I was a bit nervous when checking out the google map of the building. It appeared to be in a state of demoltion but the photo is definitely out dated. They were renovating the store on the first floor (Replay: high end casual fashion). The actual entrance is on the south side of the building, is well lit and has a card lock gate and main doorway as well.
As far as location, it couldn't be more perfect. Just at the north end of the Collins ave shopping district and 1 block from Ocean Dr, there are loads of good restraunts and fast food places in the area. I felt extremely safe staying in this area and even out walking in the wee hours of the morning.
I will certainly be back. Try this place, you definitely won't be disappointed. -
