The perfectly located Strand Hotel/Condominium (1060 Ocean Drive, South Beach 33139) offers one of the most beautiful Rooftop Swimming Pools on Ocean Drive.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SUITE IS NOT IN THE VERSACE MANSION. IT IS PART OF THE STRAND CONDOMINIUM HOTEL AND HAS A GREAT VIEW OF THE VERSACE MANSION.

The One Bedroom Versace Mansion Ocean-View Suite that I offer is approximately 650 Square Feet; One King Bed and One Full Sofa Bed---One Single Cot.

Located on the top floor of 3, there is a beautiful view over-looking the Versace Mansion and there are ocean views from the Living Room (But please note this is not a direct Oceanfront Unit.

Unlike most units at The Congress with an ocean view and significant street noise, this unit is quiet...A rarity on Ocean Drive.

Note that my guests DO NOT have to pay the Hotel 'Resort Fee' but will have the same access to the Hotel Pool as hotel guests.

Standard features include a Full Kitchenette (Refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove-Top in the One Bedroom Suite ;Plug-in Electric Burner in the Studio; and all basic appliances.) Beautiful Bathroom with Deep Bathtub. Cable TV and Free WiFi/Internet. Beach Towels Included.

As compared with Suites offered by the Hotel, I know that my Unit is one of very few, if any, with a Sealed-Hypo/Allergenic Mattress and 2 Clothing Dressers.. Surprisingly, most units in the Building have only a small Closet for Guest clothing and no Dresser or Cabinets for storage.

Discounted Garage Parking is available in the Garage directly behind the Congress at a savings for approximately 25-40% as compared to Hotel Valet Parking or Standard Garage Rates.
