I was very lucky to find this place. The apartment had a major reform, so it's now brand new. Very well equipped, you will find everything you need on the kitchen. Very good bathrooms and plenty other amenities such as HD TVs, wi-fi signal and even a printer. The owner ( Beatrice) was very nice to came down and receive us, she was kind enough to buy some itens to the fridge, breakfast and some other nice stuff. Obviously, the place is oceanfront, so you get a wonderful sunrise view. The beach in front is a keeper because it is not as crowded as those further south. All in all, very nice place to spend family vacations. Hopefully will get back soon.

Loved every bit of it. Thank you to the owners of the place, I rarely get this kind of hospitality anywhere I stay. Perfect location, place, amenities, such a wonderful stay.
Your quick visit for the light addition in the kitchen did its magic for our honeymoon ;-)

We had such a fantastic time at your lovely beach apartment and we really felt like we were at home, with every possible amenity and thoughtful thing provided for us. You took care of us in every way and we are so happy that we have recommended you to all our friends and family! The location is perfect and my children had the time of their lives. We will be back again soon, and if you are reading this review, I strongly recommended this clean, well kept property and the lovely Beatrice that took care of us.

Excellent, at all levels. Beatrice flew down from New York to welcome us and show us around, a charming lady and a super person to do business with. There were even some beers in the fridge to welcome us :)
The apartment is just as shown and described, with good facilities within and a great view of the beach just a minute or so away; the block is right by the Miami Beach boardwalk. There's a big food store just round the corner to stock up on food etc.
Location is good for a mix of 'not too noisy, not too far from the action' - getting to the busy part (eg art Deco) of MB is just a few minutes along the boardwalk - and it's a good area of the beach too, away from the hectic crowds but near enough to walk down to if that's what you want for jetskis etc. A great balance.
All in all, a great spot and great value, owned by people that really are that you have a great stay. I'd happily go back there tomorrow! -

It was our first visit to Miami beach. It is a great location, no matter where you want to go. The condo has everything we need and is very clean. The balcony is great for morning coffee. The pool looked very nice but we preferred being in the ocean which is just steps away. We will come back and stay there again. Thanks Beatrice

I travelled to Miami for work with a friend/colleague. Beatrice is an excellent host, met us at the apartment - showed us around. The apartment was comfortable, clean and quiet, with great amenities - a rarity in South Beach. There was even a stocked pantry. Would definitely stay there again.

My family and I were extremely happy with renting this condo. It is very well cared for and we got to meet the owners the day we arrived which we thought was great. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. It's quiet but close enough to entertainment. Everything was very nice, just as listed. Location was fantastic, great beach just steps away, beautiful view. Would definitely recommend and would like to go back next year.
