This modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath is part of an 8 unit historical building that was completely remodeled 3 years ago. The design team just received the award for Costa Rica House of the Year for Interior Design for 2010.
It has limestone floors, slate countertops, Bosch appliances and a huge open kitchen.

This was my Second stay at the 929 Michigan ave condo's.
The condo is exactly as presented, clean and a short walk to all the of the Sobe restaurants, bars and the beach. Having a washer and dryer was a big help along with all the dishes, cleaning supplies, extra sheets/blankets and towels. There was also a hairdryer and iron as well. The units in the front have a nice little courtyard with a swing and lots of tropical plants.
One word to the wise if you are driving make sure you ask for a unit with a parking space because not all of them come with one. Parking in Sobe is a nightmare if you don't have a dedicated parking space. However, you don't need a car if you are planning on just staying in South Beach.
