Unit has a direct ocean view, queen size lofted bed and 2 sofa sleeper. Does not have a balcony
It has a full size kitchen with full size appliances including dishwasher.
Ocean Front Building, beautiful beach and property. 24 hour a day security.
Roney is undergoing an exterior renovation and there will be noise during the day.

Me, my wife and a 5 years kid had a great time in Miami and this Studio was part of it. Excellent location, the condo is very nice. The Studio is very confortable and the full kitchen is very helpfull.
