Shopping, resaurants and night life are all walking distance. Unit is 750 sf, with a washer/dryer and very bright. Concierge desk and security.
This unit is very large by South Beach standards at 750 square feet. The beach is across the street and nightlife, restuarants and shops are all outside the building. Directly on Ocean Drive in the heart of the Art Deco district. Ocean Drive is a historic area, as the buildings were all built in the 1930's. Ocean Drive runs from 5th to 15th street and the strip is lined with hotels and restaurants. This building has been featured in many movies over the years including Scarface and The Birdcage. It was completely renovated in 2006 into 19 high end condo units. The building still has the original Art Deco feel, but with newly renovated units.

Great location for everything: the beach across the street, right on Ocean drive, restaurants nearby, Lincoln road very near...shopping!!
I was scare for the noise on Ocean drive, but this condo revealed to be very quiet. The Carlyle is an art Deco building very beautiful and well maintened. The comfort of this condo is just great, even the beach chairs are confortables and easy to carry.
The unit is clean, the bed linens and towels are new and all the appliances are clean and work well.
We will be back next year for sure!!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been more pleased. The location is fantastic and it's great to be able to walk out the door onto Ocean Drive with the park and beach right across the street. Great restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The unit is exactly as advertised and Debbie is great to work with.

I visit South Beach at least once a year and usually stay in hotels, however I wanted to try something new this time and decided to rent a condo, and I am so glad I did!
The location is perfect - on Ocean Drive right across the street from the beach. The quality of the condo is superb and matches the online description and photos exactly. The place is ideal for 2 people and has everything you may possibly want: huge bathroom, full kitchen, separate living and bedroom area, and even washer & dryer. It felt like being home away from home. The building is secure and very quiet. There are multiple grocery stores located nearby, so you can stock up on food & drinks and store everything in the full size fridge that's in the unit.
The owner of the condo (Debbie) was very responsive to all of my emails and I didn't have any problems before, during, or after my stay. I am recommending this condo to all of my friends and family, because it is truly phenomenal. I definitely plan on staying at Debbie's condo again whenever visiting South Beach. -

This beautifully furnished condo suited us very well for a week long break in South Beach. We had no car but we found that all the places we wished to visit could be easily reached by walking or by bus. There could not have been a more central location! ...and just across the park from the beach! We enjoyed very quiet nights due to the condo's location at the rear of the building. There were so many restaurants nearby that we had little use of the kitchenette. However, this was more than adequately fitted out for our occasional eating "at home". Thank you Debbie, it was a great week!

Wonderful condo, ideal for two people. Just across the road from the beach and yet central for all amenities in South Beach. The condo itself was equipped for all our needs allowing us the choice of eating in or going out. It was very quiet and there was no disturbance to our sleep caused by the South Beach nightlife,also aided by the extremely comfortable bed. There is also a security lock on the entrance and 24h security/reception inside just giving that extra peace of mind. We did hire a car for the full length of our stay and used the municipal car park across the road without difficulty, although this was October. Late evening at the weekend seems to be busiest period.
The Carlyle is such a well known art Deco building it was fantastic to be able to stay there. The staff on reception are very friendly and do their utmost to ensure you have a good stay. Our dealings with the Owner, Debbie, both during the booking process and after was very good and prompt responses received to emails and questions about the area.
If there are two of you and you want to spend time around Ocean Drive, South Beach, Miami look no further and contact Debbie, you will not be disappointed. This was our first trip to Miami from the UK and we had a fantastic holiday helped greatly by a wonderful condo. We have also asked Debbie for the make and model of mattress! to change our own. -

My wife and I returned recently from our stay in the "Perfect Spot" on South Beach. We have been to Miami in the past with our children and did not feel like we truly experienced South Beach. The location at the Carlyle was in the middle of it all. The apartment was just as the pictures and reviews portrayed. It was modern and very clean. All the conveniences of home. We enjoyed late breakfast or early lunch at the cafe in the Carlyle every day after our walk on the boardwalk. Try a cafe con leche or cappuccino at Davids around the corner. We would definitely return, and have recommended to friends and family already.

I was nervous about a place in SoBe because a good location is a block-by-block thing. I hoped for a place on Ocean Drive, if possible, close enough to the cafes on Lincoln. I found Debbie's place after looking at a lot of units online. It turned out to be everything we were looking for - perfect location, low key checkin and checkout (very nice doorpeople). The kitchen has what you need in terms of cooking and serving gear, especially for breakfast and lunch. It is right in the heart of the Ocean Drive cafe scene. Very, very clean. Debbie was responsive and provides good instructions.

This condo was absolutely fantastic. It housed three adults very comfortably. The unit looks exactly as it is represented in the photos. It was very spacious and very, very clean. The fixtures and furnishings were new and in excellent condition. The location was was perfect- right on Ocean with lots of restaurants and shops as well as directly across the street from the beach. The building was very secure. There is a public parking garage ideally located right on 13th ave- you literally walk just around the corner. Here you are at the centre of it all but when you are ready to call it a night the condo is quiet and comfortable so that you are able to get a good night's sleep. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit and building to family and friends. Debbie, the owner, was great to deal with and truly saw to it that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Debbie's condo for 1 week and we loved it! With 2 young chidrens, we were able to put them to sleep at night even with the fact that the condo is right in the middle of south beach. All the shops and restaurant are in walking distance. The kitcheen is perfect for a family and it was quiet big for a studio in south beach.Defenely going back next year!!

This unit has everything and more of what we were expecting. Immaculate condition. Very large living and kitchen space and decorated tastefully. A huge washroom with plenty of room. The location is in the centre of everything you need including restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Friendly and welcoming staff. Owner provided amazing customer service. A fabulous place to stay. We would highly recommend this property. Thanks!!

My husband and I stayed in Debbie's condo from June 10th-June 14th and we loved it! The condo looked exactly the way it did in the online pictures and it was very clean as well. The building was very secure and in an excellent location on Ocean Drive-right in the middle of everything! The condo also has beach chairs (as mentioned in the owners description) to use and the beach was just a short walk right across the street from The Carlyle. This was much better than staying in a hotel because all the ameneties of home (full kitchen, TV, washer & dryer) are available while you're on vacation...I highly recommend staying here!

Not only is the condo clean, absolutely beautiful, and exactly as pictured but it is right in the middle of everything. Lummus park is directly across the street. There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the condo building as well as a ton of others nearby. Most importantly it was less expensive to rent a week here than it was in any of the nearby hotels.

We stayed at Debbies condo for 9 days in early may. It was a great vacation and we really enjoyed our stay.
The location is perfect, right across from the beach, right on ocean drive where a lot of the nice cafes and restaurants are, and also a short walk from Lincoln road which also has lots of shops, restaurants, and some clubs.
The condo was really spacious and gave us a lot more room to spread out than your standard hotel room. The bathroom is downright luxurious in size and we really enjoyed that. it was very clean when we arrived and had the basics to get us started so we didn't have to run to the store right away.
The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare some meals, there are a few little grocery stores around that are surprisingly well stocked and affordable. Try art deco mart on the corner of Washington and espanola way only 3 blocks away.
We have stayed in several hotels on south beach and thought this was a great value for its location, the size, and what the condo offered.
We had one problem while staying and we feel Debbie handled it fairly.
Overall it was a great stay and we would consider returning.

We stayed in this wonderful condo from april 19th thru May 3rd. The unit is clean and well equipped. Top of the line stainless steel appliances, spa bathroom with water closet, and washer/dryer. The condo is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, king size bed, two regular sofas and a sleeper sofa. Large LCD TV, DVD, and Free WiFi. Plenty of closet space. The owner also provides beach chairs and beach towels. Questions were answered promptly via email. Concierge service was outstanding. (Damian was superb in his assistance with table reservations at The Wall.) Had a choice of using the valet service or public parking located around the corner. Location is perfect. Beach is across the street. Best of all, the owner allowed my little dog to vacation with us. Perfect condo for a perfect stay in South Beach!!!

The stay at Debbie's condo was absolutely amazing! Starting with the location being across the street from the beach, the condo it self was great. Honestly, the Pictures do not justify how elegant the condo is inside! Debbie did a great job in the communication area, making herself a phone call away if any problems occur. Hands down I will return to this location, putting this condo at the top of my list when choosing a location to reside during my vacation to south beach. The concierge and staff at the hotel were wonderful as well!

Perfect location on south beach right in the middle of where things happen.
Very quite & light-full. All comforts included even a Bidet !!!
The unit was clean & in perfect conditions with a grate tender towels stock that could last over a week. Lovely concierge service.
Easy going owners . Speed responses & flawless communications.

Outstanding! My girlfriend and I traveled down to celebrate her 50th Birthday, and boy did I score points with her for picking Debbie's Condo. The location is perfectly situated in the heart of South Beach, but once entering the condo you would think you had driven miles away into solitude ... but instead you remain mere steps from heading back into the action. The beach is literally 100 yards away thru lovely Luumus Park with walking path, and post beach sand cleansing showers. The Condo set up provides beach chairs, towels and umbrella; a perfect blend of sand, sun and nightlife. All within very easy walking distance. A couple of brief afternoon rain showers sent us scurrying back quickly into the condo; only to drop our clothes and towels into the in-condo clothes dryer ... a cool and relaxing cocktail ... and back to the beach once the sun re-emerged. Shops and restaurants galore, all near by ... from elegant to simple. Your choice. I cannot begin to capture how pleased we were. Rarely does the billing live up to the reality, but we found it at Debbie's Carlyle Condo. We quickly and seamlessly exchanged information during the transaction, and the secure key fob entry immediately made my girlfriend relax and able to enjoy her surroundings (she's a small town girl). The condo was neat, clean, complete; and the bathroom set up felt spa like. More than likely the largest private shower you will ever step foot in ... twin vanity sinks perfect to get ready to head out at night, with private commode and bidet ... soaking tub to boot! Three thumbs up.

I recently visited south beach for my vacation and stayed in this condo and it was a great experience...The condo is right on ocean blvd in the middle of everything and across the street is the beach...We were very happy with the location and even more happy with the condo unit itself...The unit was very clean, a huge shower and bathroom , kitchen and everything you would need..Debbie my contact responded everytime i had questions and very very easy to talk to...I will definitely be back to visit and base my vacation on the availibility of this unit...

To sum up our time at your place is to say it won't be the last stay there. It was fabulous! Coming from three straight guys who just want time away from work and family, to relax on the beach, do some partying, enjoy the atmosphere and watch Miami play. All was accomplished. Nothing beats having a place on the strip. And having such a well kept room was a bonus. I cooked and did a wash cycle every day, which is impossible in a hotel. Having just remodeled our new home with Viking appliances, I would touting the SubZero fridge to my buddies. The futon was surprisingly comfortable, the clean linens and pillows fresh and plentiful. Nice water pressure in the shower. I can go on and on. A great time.

My family and another friends family take yearly trips to FL (typically stay on the Gulf side) for the purpose to see Disney and such. We've always entertained the idea that once the kids are older (5 range from 2 - 8), we'd opt to stay once in Miami. You can be sure this will be the place we choose.
In all, thanks so much for letting us use your place. We certainly look forward to other stays there. At minimum, the same group will be there next year for FSU/Miami.
As for the game, the U won, which capped the vacation.

Check in and out was easy. Perfect location with beach across the street. All the shops and restaurants are here too. Unit was as shown, very spacious and clean. Would go back.
