El departamento está en muy buenas condiciones y tiene todo lo necesario para estar comodo, es muy amplio, posee una excelente ubicacion a metros de la playa,la cochera cubierta con acceso automatico es muy comoda.
Lo unico que mejoraría sería la atencion en el Check Inn, ya que tuvimos que reclamar tres veces en el dia que nos trajeran la cuna para el bebé que debería haber estado en su lugar ya que la habiamos solicitado de antemano al momento de hacer la reserva. -

This was our first time renting a vacation apartment over the internet. We did lots of research and decided to go with aYP rentals as alphonso, the first contact person, was readily available to talk with us about the properties he managed. Our apartment was fabulous. Well appointed, stylish, clean, and chic. The kitchen had everything one might need to cook in ... new stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils as well as many electrical appliances i.e. coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, and blender. All important for a vacation in Sunny Isles. The apartment had 1 full bath and one half bath. The bath room fixtures.. sink, shower, etc. were brand new and very sleek and modern. Loved it. There was a walk in closet with plenty of shelf and hanging space and a built in safe. The living was very modern with white leather sofa that double as another sleeping space. The apartment was equipped with wifi, cable, and DVD as well as a flat screen TV in both the living and bedroom. The condo had a nice sized balcony that overlook the pool and tennis court area as well as the inter coastal. It was great watching the yachts coming and going. We were in walking distance to several restaurants and four miles from Haulover Park which has a long sandy beach and facilities for boating. We were minutes from the aventura Mall and it was a straight shot down Collins ave into Miami Beach and South Beach. Juan was the local contact when we arrived and he met us on time, showed us around the apartment and answered any questions that we had. A few days into the vacation, the coffee pot stopped working and he immediately answered our call, came to see what the problem was and went out and purchased and delivered a new one. We were thoroughly pleased by the level of professionalism and service provided by alphonso and Juan and would not hesitate to rent from aYP and them in the future.

Wonderful experience in Sunny Isles with aYP Rentals! Apartment was fantastic. Clean, very well equiped, fabulous ocean view. Juan Minella is a great host and provided assistance as from check-in until check-out time. My husband and I stayed there for two weeks in February 2013. This exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We strongly recommend it. Best choice in the Miami area. Brejna Sztutman, Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Lindisimo departamento. Bien ubicado. Muy bueno el servicio de check in.
Tuvimos un problema: nuestra ropa desapareció del secarropas del laundry. Finalmente, se la habían llevado por error y nos la devolvieron. Deberían funcionar las cámaras de seguridad de los pasillos que, nos dijeron, no funcionan.

I got an apartment totally made ??new.
When I arrived, there was an envelope with my name on it, with all the keys to get into my apartment, codes for internet use and the safe.
An amazing week. An excellent building with swimming pool and gym. Ocean view, garage.and more.
They called to ask if we needed anything!! Nothing... Everything was perfect.

Excelente atencion por parte del Sr alfonso, y la Sra. Patricia,viajo mucho por placer y la disposicion, cordialidad y eficiencia son dignas de destacar, tuve un inconveniente personal y la Sra. Patricia me llevo en su auto particular con mis valijas hasta el dpto alquilado.Me parecio un poco lejos de los lugares que suelo frecuentar pero me gusto mucho la zona. Muy limpio, comodo y espacioso, falta mantenimiento en cosas menosres como barral de la toalla del baño y la puerta del mueble de cocina. Algo que creo que deberian hacer ya es incorporar nuevo equipamiento de playa, sillas y sombrilla. Excelente dimensiones en gral y muy buena vista.

My business partners and I stayed here for a conference just down the road at the Westin Diplomat - we couldn't have had a better experience with aYP Rentals.
The apartment was clean, inviting and comfortable. The place was stacked with amenities (gym, pool, huge kitchen, and a balcony with an unrivaled view - we actually took pictures from the balcony and sent them to friends). We were literally steps from the beach, which made for a quick relaxing getaway or morning jog by the water at our convenience.
The aYP team was incredibly welcoming, providing recommendations and insight into the nearby attractions and nightlife as well so as ensure that our stay in the apartment was better than we could have expected.

Excelente el departamento, muy bien ubicado para ir a la playa y para moverse en auto. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar còmodo al interior tanto en materia de alojamiento asi como de la cocina para poder preparase comida. Si recomendaria que se le hiciera un servicio de mantenciòn a las tomboneras de la piscina que se veian descuidadas y un tanto sucias.

Our complete stay in Sunny Isles was amazing. Ayp maintained great communication throughout the reservation process and aswered all of our questions in a timely manner. Upon our arrival, Alfonso met with us and not only answered all of our questions, in addition he gave us great recommendations of places to go during our visit. The apartment was amazing, clean, with everything we needed! I highly recommend using aYP rentals in the future. Five stars!!!

The apartment has an amazing view in a quiet environment. The building is also very secure and has all the amenities you could think of. The service is also exceptional , everything was clean and tidy at the time of checkin. I think it is the best value for money in a perfect location very close to the beach in sunny isles.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights with our 9 year old and 9 month old. The place was great and Juan was terrific. The apartment was impeccably clean and my wife is a freak about this stuff. We cooked dinner every night and had everything we needed for meals. The apartment was a very good value compared to others in the area. The pool was easy to access and we went a few times and there's a park right outside of the building that we used with our son. The apartment is also very close to the laundry facility if you need to do laundry, which we did. The only drawback what so ever was the walk to the beach, which albeit short still required about 5 minutes and crossing a pretty busy road. Other than that, great!

The condo was beautiful; exactly as pictured in the advertisement. The beach is approximately a 3 minute walk away and it's very pretty. If you want to go to South Beach, there is a bus right in front of the building; it takes between 45 minutes and an hour to get to South Beach, another half hour to get to Miami itself. The bus runs all night, so it's pretty convenient.
Couple of tiny minor issues (like the internet not working -- our fault for not rebooting the router) and Juan was very quick to fix the issue, or get back to us with a solution. Great service provided by aYP and the accommodated our early check in. The building also has a printer and computer room, free internet in the lobby (also in the room provided by aYP) and they gave us keys to the laundry room as well.. the TVs are great although we didn't watch too much TV. Full kitchen (utensils, plates, cookware, good amenities). Grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants and bars in a strip mall about 15 minute walking distance (or three minutes by bus) away.
All in all, great place-- would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quieter place a bit outside of Miami/South Beach but still not too far away and very close to a beach. They also offered parking, which we didn't take advantage of.. but it was available. -

We loved everything about the property and had a great time while there. The location is very good with a short walk to the beach and everything that you might need in the way of shopping a short distance away. Alfonso is a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful.
A couple suggestions: (1)leave a description of the things on the key chain besides the keys in the room since a renter is not familiar with the security arrangements for the property, (2) add HD to the cable package (very nice TV deserves to be able to display a better picture), and (3)clearly identify that the picture above is the great view from the property and not the property itself.
