Unit 403, lovely apartment, gorgeous ocean view, close to everything. Ocean Drive is active almost 24/7. So much to do and see. It can get noisy, especially late at night, but still we slept like babies. I wish there was a toaster in the kitchen. Parking was an issue but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Horrible stay...nothing as promised! The luxury apartment consisted of poor service, an alley entrance, a room that at best was mildly nice, a broken elevator, which then led to a stinky stair case to another shady alley! We had three adults in our party and were there for 7 days and had 2 towels. A broken closet door that hangs off the hinges, dirty floors and a gross bathroom! We begged for extra towels, linen, and received neither...the only good thing was the proximity to everything...and to add insult to injury we were charged extra for cleaning the towels and linen...
Seven days, three adults, across from the beach, with no extra linen or towels should not equate to spending more money! What a shame to take advantage of the holiday and abuse customers who want to be there! Will never return there! I'd rather stay on Collins and walk to Ocean! This place is a dive... -

We stayed in Unit 402 for 2 weeks, we were a party of 8 and had a great holiday! We would recommend this apartment to anyone! It was close to everything and the best thing was the open top deck with ocean view, which we spent many hours on day and night! We would stay again in this apartment.

This place is right on the Ocean drive. A fantastic location. We just walked our way to the beach and lummus park. If you are on south beach then you gotta stay here. Parking is a problem but other than that everything is a stones throw away.

It was a great area for two single ladies. We went for a 30 birthday and it was in great location. The peope involved inthe process were nice and friendly. There is no hair dryer though!! Everything else was great.

We enjoyed the location, but the supplies were poor to cook.
On the back of the building, noise earlier with the trash truck, and noisy in the night, until the middle of the night.
Please don't forget to tell to the new rental, the risk with park place (2 tickets during my stay) -

If you want to be right in the heart of the action on South Beach, the apartments on 918 Ocean Drive are ideal. It's within stumbling distance of Mango's and the Clevelander and it's right on Lummus Park. Plenty of great shopping/restaurants on the back streets. Apartment was clean, well-equipped, great bed, free Wifi, big-screen TV, AC, fridge, kitchenette, sound-proof windows with private off-street entrance for easy coming and going - nothing to complain about - I will be back when I return to SoBe

This is great place to stay if you are looking for a place right in the heart of South Beach. Great location right on Ocean Drive. I thought it would be noisy but it was not. Clean and well furnished. Jelena is reliable and easy to make business with. It was a great experience overall.
