  I just wanted to write a quick letter to you to let you know how very satisfied we are of the service you provided us. As you know, we were in a bit of a bind as we lost our initial reservation through another booking company at the last minute.
  
  We really appreciate how quickly you were able t0 find us a unit and how smoothly everything went. The unit was amazing and perfectly clean.
  A couple of specific items we would like to note to point out how great the service was:
  
  I. You were able to secure us a place the night before check-in ( literally less than 12 hours before we needed the unit you were able to secure it for us).
  2. You met us at the unit and walked us through to make sure everything was as per our expectations
  3. The cleaning was organized on short notice and the cleaning lady did a fantastic job.
  4. You allowed us to check in earlier in the day as a result of us having to check out early from our temporary hotel.
  5. Vou provided us with additional hangers for the closets
  6. As it was New Years Eve during our stay, you were so very kind to drop by and give us a nice bottle of Champagne.
  
  In short the service you and your company provided to us was exceptional.
  
  We will definitely use the services of your company the next time we are in the Miami area.
