This 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom apartment located in the heart of South Beach. It is the biggest one bedroom unit available at 1000 square feet ( 95 m²) Enjoy magnificent views from the apartment balcony of all of South Beach and the ocean. The unit has open loft-like spaces with unique features and custom detailing created by world-famous designer Marcel Wanders.

One-bedroom suites at the Mondrian are as enchanting and artistically designed, both spectacular and comfortable. Spacious rooms designed by Marcel Wanders are created to flow from one area to the next, giving the feeling of an open and airy suite. The bright and airy kitche...n area and living room space, designed to create an expansive feel, sail smoothly into one another. The large windows provide a light and airy feel while allowing the dazzling Miami views to become a perpetual visual treat.

Each bedroom includes lavish Egyptian cotton sheets and down duvets and pillows, creating a bed that will wrap you in luxury at the end of each exciting day. Rates vary with season, and special events, please, e-mail me for accurate rates! You will be very glad with our service. We accept Credit Cards & Paypal & Wires. In order to confirm this reservation, we require a 50% security deposit of total amount and the remaining 50% is due within one month prior to checking in. We also require a signed rental agreement.

  Luxury accommodations - perfect getaway

  I recently stayed at Michael's privately owned suite with a few friends -- it was perfect. Everything from booking the accommodation to checking in/out was seamless -- Michael made the process stress free.
  
  The unit itself is located within the Mondrian -- giving you access to the Mondrian facilities but for half the price. My favorite features were the kitchen, the cute balcony with a spectacular view of the harbor and south beach, and the free wifi. There is a Wholefoods right across the street which was super convenient since we stayed for a good week.
  
  For those of you looking to be walking distance to south beach but value a classy experience (and sleep) -- this is the perfect getaway.
  
  I'd definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Michael!

  Great room, great hotel but more than anything fantastic service. My friend and I stayed there with four kids and everyone had fun even though we got rain almost everyday. Will definitely stay here again!

  'Ultra' Exclusive Stay during ultra

  A few friends and I rented this unit from Michael during WMC/Ultra. Not only was he very helpful during the entire process, the unit was top notch! The Mondrian is a beautiful, hip place to stay. While the beach was extremely busy with all the tourists in town, as soon as I stepped into the Mondrian it felt like a totally different experience. Michael also provided us with great recommendations of other places to go other than the WMC festivities.
  I highly recommend booking this unit to anyone looking for a 5-star escape to sunny Miami Beach at a great price.

  This was my first time renting on Flip Key and I couldn't have had a better experience!
  
  The owner Mike was very friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable about South Beach (especially the night life and trendy scene).
  
  The condo was very spacious and a great value. Because it is in the Mondrian hotel, you also get all the benefits of the hotel (room service, gym, fresh towels, pool and restaurants, etc). I had another friend staying in the same hotel (paying hotel rates) and paid the same amount we paid for Mike's place and we got twice the space!!
  
  This location is also great for anyone who wants to be near the South Beach scene but still values their sleep. I highly recommend this hotel and more specifically, renting from Mike!! It's a great value and wonderful experience.

  Amazing Suite/Gorgeous Hotel/Best Host

  My girlfriend and I ventured to Miami for both a relaxing time in the sun, and a few evenings on the town ... we couldnt have picked a more perfect place to stay! The suite itself was stunning, furnished with Baroque-ish/modern elegance and was cleaned to perfection upon our check-in. Additionally worth noting in the suite is the adorable balcony, high end bath products, rediculously wonderful shower, and the option to cook in a lovely kitchen! The hotel itself is truly elegant, from the pool, to restaurant, and clientele. Michael was the most gracious host having provided us with recommendations on places to stay and even arranged a reservation for us one night both a restaurant/bar that would have otherwise been impossible to get into!! Best experience, highly recommended!!

  Amazing Condo Rental at the Luxury Mondrian Hotel! A must see!!!

  A truly magnificent and memorable experience. One of the best hotels my husband and I have ever stayed in. This unit is privately owned, yet We were able to enjoy full access to all the hotel ammenities. This Ultra Chic, 1 bedroom condo is located at the Mondrian, a five star luxury in one of South Beach's hottest spots.
  The hotel offers the 5 star asia de Cuba dining, Sunset Bar, 2 swimming pools, fitness center, Agua Spa, 24 hour room service and maid service. Accommodations include iPod docking stations and minibars. Beds feature premium bedding. Plasma televisions come with cable channels and pay movies, refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. Bathrooms include showers with rainfall showerheads, makeup/shaving mirrors, designer toiletries, and hair dryers. We will definitely be back for many visits to come!
