The Alexander Hotel is located just 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and 35 minutes from Ft Lauderdale. Located directly on the beach with 2 beautiful fresh water swimming pools this resort offers a great getaway. Since it is a condo Hotel, services such as room service, outdoor and indoor restaurant on premises. A 10 minute walk to famous hotels such as Fontainebleau and Eden Roc and a 20 minute walk to Lincoln Road for all food and shopping. The resort is located 2 miles from South Beach. Taxi’s are always available and there are City buses up and down Collins Avenue.
You can lounge by two pools with an outdoor tiki bar and restaurant. You can charge all amenities to your unit, just like a hotel. Maid and room service is available.

The goods: location, location and location. You have a nice pool and it's on the beach with beach access. Manager is very accommodation and allowed us to stay past check out time.
The bad: only the kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled and nice. The bedrooms were really tiny. One bedroom has only a single bed so my two guests had to sleep on the couch. This condo was advertised for 8 guests, Not true.
The beds were the worse, They made so much noise whenever anyone tosses or turns. I could not get any sleep. If the owner upgrades the beds and beddings, it would be 80% better.
I would not return.
