This is an exceptional magical place. Everything is perfect, the decor is a rare elegance the view is breathtaking. Your host adriana is very kind & helpfull. She gives you all the information to make your stay a great time. This is better than any hotel and 100% better than any other rentalplace. Luxury with class and good taste. In addition you have a parking space which is essential in Miami. Definitely it is the place dreamed to discover Miami beach and surroundings. The only problem is having to leave this paradise

Others have detailed what's great about this place - the location, the accommodations, Adriana's service etc. We will second every bit of it.
We had a party of four - worked out beautifully for our week long trip of work and play.
Close to everything and 2 blocks away from the noise. Very easy 2 blocks to the beach.
Adriana has thoughtfully provided each equipment, towels, even sunscreen plus all kitchen amenities, bed linens etc. (however, bring your own bathroom soap).
We will be back! -

Our stay at this condo could not have been better. It is a rare case where you arrive some where so unassuming and then you turn the key to a beautifully spacious and meticulously decorated space! The views are absolutely breathtaking, from every window and there are many. Our children loved the hammock in the middle of the living room, and the master bath shower was sent directly from the heavens! The owners were very personable and cared to check in on us before, during and after our stay. I can not wait to return!

We stayed twice at this wonderful penthouse and enjoyed it very much. It's a great location, so close to the beach and also very close to all the great restaurants and shops at Lincoln road. The penthouse is spacious and is very nice decorated which makes you feel at home immediately . It's completely self contained with a large kitchen, and you can eat your meal enjoying the fantastisch view over Miami. There's also a large terrace with sun allday and an amazing 360 degrees view of the skyline of Miami. We will definitely book this cool place again when visiting Miami beach .

This penthouse is my favorite place to vacation. I feel good the moment I walk in the front door, and it's always obvious that everyone else does, too. The deep window seats are great for loafing, the open kitchen makes entertaining easy, and the deck gives you a panorama of space, sky, and ocean. It's only two blocks to a great swimming beach, and it's only four-five blocks to Lincoln Road Mall with a celebrity theater, a seriously good concert hall, a cinema multiplex, a barrage of boutique shops and restaurants, and some of the best people-watching in the world. My most recent stay was in May, but I have also stayed there in June, August, December, and February. It was all good. I wish I were there right now!

This is turn-key solution to a great break in Miami. The space ensures you will have a views galore over the ocean, whilst also being in an incredible space. The location does not get better, as its 3 minutes walk to the beach or to Lincoln Road. You also have the new Miami Symphony literally across the street. The rooms are open plan except for the bedrooms, and are all luxurious whilst being unique, with many individual areas to sit and to entertain. There is also your own furnished rooftop deck, which is arguably amongst the largest on south beach. There are lots of cool electronics, Apple TV, and a teak day bed to watch a cinema-like screen with amazing acoustics. The rain head style showers pour water, and allow views to the ocean. The flat has it all for a fantastic holiday experience, and adriana makes it all enjoyable and easy. Thank you again.

Very nice location, well equipped apartment, everything there to make your vacation unforgettagle. Great views, everything is very special. For us it was a home away from home!! Adriana Moya is a great host, very helpful, very professional, just great... We will be back!!!
