HearstNeglected appartment with terrible service.
Left on 02/07/2013 for a stay in January 2013
Appartment with lots of potential but totally neglected. Dirty floors, even dead insects found on a kitchen shelf, dirty food stained table mats... It was obvious that the cleaning hadn't been done before we got in even though it was mention that $140.00 part of the total cost was for c leaning purposes.
We were given one facecloth for 4 persons. She told us that she was doing a big favor in lending us a facecloth for each person and a beach towel for each of us. But she made sure we were gonna wash them before we leave.
There was no soap, no toilet paper and no kleenex in the appartment.
The bathroom door and one of the room's door was hard to open since it was scratching the floor.
We had to wait 1 hour and a half to get the keys to be able to check in. They had told us it would take 1 hour after our call and that if we were late we had an extra fee. On check out she didn't show up on time, so we left the keys and the remote for the parking on the table before leaving. Again she was late and we didn't get to see her before our departure.
The bed were not comfortable...very soft mattresses on wooden boards.
Only positive aspect of that appartment was the location and the parking facilities.
Overall, I would not recommend this appartment for your holidays.
