In order to confirm this reservation, we require a 50% security deposit of total amount and the remaining 50% is due within one month prior to checking in. We also require a signed rental agreement.

The mondrian is a wonderful hotel w/ a beautiful pool all in a convenient area of south beach. The hotel is located on the quieter bayside and the beach itself is an easy walk or a cheap cab ride away. The room itself fit five of us very comfortably and was just as advertised; all was very clean and convenient. The management from South Beach Rentals was very accommodating and attentive-outstanding customer service. I would definitely rent from them again!

We heard a lot about the Mondrian but it surpassed all of the rumors! The modern decor takes your stay up to celebrity status. The service at the restaurants and bars was impeccable and the staff made us feel right at home. We will definitely be going back the next chance we get!

modern luxury hotel. nice view of sunset from the room.
energetic south beach pool scene with plenty of staff.
