This Oceanfront Resort on Miami Beach’s millionaire row is best known for its intimacy and exclusivity. Guests can relax in either of the properties two pools and Jacuzzi’s and enjoy al fresco dining and bar service provided at the pool bar. There is also gourmet dining on the premises at ‘Shula’s Famous Steakhouse,’. Valet parking and concierge service available all day. Room service and maid service are available for an extra charge. Mostly positive - very nicely remodelled suite; modern and contemporary. Nice furnishings and good facilities. Hotel itself had excellent facilities and restaurants. Location is excellent.
Negatives - a couple of times we had to call out to have things fixed; the bathroom door, the 2nd bathroom toilet, the bedroom lamp, but overall no great problems.
The corredor outside the suite had a rather musty, unpleasant smell.
I also don't think its right that we had to pay $125 to have the suite cleaned upon our exit, yet had to take trash out ourselves and could not leave any dirty dishes.
Overall experience though was very good, and we had an excellent stay both in the suite and in Miami as a whole.

this appt has everything - well equipped, great location, ocean and inter coastal views, ok size balcony that 4 people could sit on (but only 2 outside chairs, so we improvised). The building is old, but concierge was really helpful and the pool is decent if a bit small. We would stay there again.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. Making the reservations was an easy process and we received all the information needed right away. The appartment is great. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, spacious and practical. There is nothing like sitting or standing in a balcony and seeing, hearing and smelling the ocean and feeling the breeze.
