El departamento es excelente, tiene todas las comodidades: cocina, heladera, lavavajillas, tostadora, microondas, vajilla completa, sillas de playa, toallas y toallones, un jardin para desayunar al aire libre, piscina, laundry, hasta quita esmalte!! esta muy bien ubicado, absolutamente limpio, a 2 cuadras de la playa y a 2 de Lincoln, a la vuelta de 2 estacionamientos publicos y a pasos de Washington av. Sin ninguna duda volveria a alquilarlo, les puedo asegurar que no se van a sentir defraudados. Y la calidad de la gente con la que se hacen los tramites de alquiler es espectacular, mis mas sinceras felicitaciones. Por el precio de cualquier hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas uno se aloja en un departamento de 5!!
