Nuestras expectativas han sido ampliamente cubiertas tanto por el departamento que es hermoso, muy bien ubicado y está arreglado con muy buen gusto, como por el personal de la administración, Sra Pilar y su hermana que siempre han estado dispuestas a responder cualquiera de nuestras inquietudes o resolver problemas.
Fuimos un matrimonio con dos hijas adolescentes.
Sin duda alguna y si Dios lo permite volveremos, o podremos recomendar a personal de confianza ese lugar. -

We researched many places and were very happy staying in the lovely apt. We wanted a place close enough to South Beach and Bal Harbour for daytime shopping and fun but would also give us a break from the crowds. We wanted a family oriented beach and building.This condo really hit the spot.The bathrooms are nicely updated and there were plenty of towels and extra linen. The new kitchen was a pleasure to work in.The master suite is accessed through a small hallway and has its own bathroom.This area has a door which separates the mastersuite from the living area and when closed gives you lots of privacy.The balcony faces west and you can catch plenty of mid-afternoon sun while reading a book and enjoying a late lunch.The owner provides two beach chairs and an umbrella which came in handy.The building staff was friendly and helpful.We would definitely like to stay here on our next visit to Miami Beach
