This is the first time I rented a condo in South Beach and I will definitely do so again with Dream Destinations. The condo was exactly as it appears on the website (photos and description). The Unit itself was beautiful, clean, luxurious and comfortable and well stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen equipment. The kitchen and bathrooms were great. Everything worked as it should including the washer and dryer, which were convenient to have.
The building itself is well maintained and the staff and Operations Manager from the company who met us at check-in (Chris) were friendly and easy to deal with. We received a full tour of the Unit and the entire property. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and efficient. We wanted to check out an hour later and Sofia was very accommodating. The process of renting itself was all done via e-mail with Sofia and was friendly and easy. All questions were answered quickly.
The location is fantastic - a very quick walk to the beautiful beach - and the views from the terraces are truly wonderful. The area is more residential than further north so if you are looking for more action and easy access to bars and nightclubs (which we were not), this is likely not for you. There were, however, great restaurants very close by (including Joe's Stone Crab and Prime 112). It is a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.
I was travelling with my husband and my mom (who is an older lady) and we all loved it save and except for the mattress in the 2nd bedroom that is not a real mattress (simply foam pads stacked on each other) and that may be problematic for some people.

We've stayed in various units in this building for the past several years. For us, the location is ideal. A less populated part of the beach is one block away, there's a bodega downstairs, good restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance, and none of the noise and crowds of other parts of South Beach (though with the nightclub at 1st Street re-opening, that may change a bit). The building is well maintained, and all the units we've stayed in have had modern kitchens, bathrooms, and good views, and have been well equipped for short-term rental. We're pretty low-key on holiday, and this place suits our lifestyle to a tee.

Well managed, terrific location and fantastic views. There are 2 buildings, one on Ocean Drive and one facing Collins. The eighth floor unit had views every direction to the ocean and it was super easy walk (even with a 2 1/2 year old) to the beach. Sparkling clean. Will return.

Our group of 5 stayed in the 2-bedroom 3L unit in Ocean Place. The unit was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Communication with management was easy going and delightful. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in South Beach.
